Beautiful appointment in room. Very comfortable bed. View of the freeway which was perfect for us as we watched our son compete in the Sydney Marathon and he ran right past our window. Very exciting! The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting all areas of the city. Darling Harbour just moments away and easy walk to George Street and everything in the central tourist areas.

Nothing all great. I couldn't fault our stay at the hotel. There is no valet parking option but the carpark is right across the street. We didn't dine at the hotel so can't comment on food but the restaurant/cafe looked lovely.

Room 310: Stayed for two nights, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and quite, the room was really dark, so a goods night sleep was guaranteed especially with comfy beds. Perfect location to the CBD & Darling harbour etc. Staff were all very friendly. Parking is handy as it’s directly across the road. Late checkout was a bonus. Would definitely stay again

The bar fridge is basically useless as you can literally only fit 4 cans and not a thing else. There wasn’t any coffee in the room except for pods which my husband doesn’t like which was disappointing as we had to go to the local IGA and buy coffee.

Lovely rooms, great staff, very convenient location with plenty of attractions and also public transport in walking distance. We stayed over New Years and they left some party supplies in the room which was a nice touch.

Not much really! Only thing is that it’s difficult for taxis/ubers to pick up and drop off as it is a no stopping zone in front. And the 5.00am fire alarm one night was not the highlight of my trip - but I’m sure that is not a regular occurrence.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room we stayed in was clean. The hotel restaurant had a small dinner menu but the food was very good. The breakfast spread was also good. The included breakfast had standard coffee included but you could order barista made coffee for an extra charge which was very good. The bathroom and shower was spacious.

The bacon at breakfast was always overcooked. It would be nice if the room fridge had a small selection of beer and soft drink. It did come with bottled water. After hours room service had a very limited menu but this is more of a FYI and the hotel doesn't lose points for that.

I loved the restaurant but disappointed that it was not open all day as we had to go elsewhere at one stage for a bite to eat. The in-room dining was also a little disappointing and limited with options and restrictive with ordering times. I would have liked a pool, a sauna, and or day spa option on site. We ended up booking a masseuse to come to our room and give us a massage. The downstairs staff however were just so lovely. I asked if it was ok for my mum to come down and have her dinner after her massage in the outdoor garden in her robe and they not only accommodated that but welcomed her with open arms. It was so lovely and she felt very special. On a whole though the feel and mood and interior design elements were so beautiful and inspirational. Thankyou for having us and we will be back again.

Spa Option All day dining Pool

Location - to public transport options and to all areas of the Harbour and City. Check-In - the room was ready early which we appreciated. . Cleanliness - the room was spotless and no overpowering perfume sprays used. Staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast- only had Continental breakfast but there was a big selection of foods and it tasted lovely. Late Check-Out - came in handy.

Coffee - both the in-room and the brewed breakfast coffee tasted terrible.

Had a week here recently and was the icing on the cake. So close to darling harbour happenings and central shopping. Reception is great even called up the IT expert to solve a problem for us. Breakfast don’t normally eat but couldn’t miss it! Room large everything available. Definitely stay again

One lift not working. Big line for check out & breakfast did not have enough seating even though pre-booked. Was not provided with additional breakfast menu (which is included) due to long wait and when I asked for it…was encouraged not to order due to long wait. Never had this experience before

rooms were great and very clean

Car parking was in a public car park across the road, the hotel was supposed to subsidise the parking to $54 per night. What I didn’t realise was as I had stayed in the car park just over 24 hours I was charged $54 direct from the hotel and then 2 hours extra from the carpark at an additional cost of $69. I rang the hotel to question it and was told someone would get back to me, no one ever did. Pretty disappointing I had to spend $123 on parking for one night.

the hotel is nothing short of amazing, from the smooth and friendly reservation process, to the fast check in. chic modern impressive decor, great size rooms for the price and location, equipped with everything from a desk to a smart tv. beds are specious and linen is soft. the best part about the stay is the incredible customer service you will receive from the team, from the housekeeping, to the restaurant and most especially the front reception team. i’ve just found myself my new favourite sydney hotel. thank you again for everything
