Spacious loft style apartment with a small balcony and well-appointed kitchen. Plenty of complimentary coffee and milk provided (a rarity these days) with a comfortable bed. Washing machine and dryer provided in a reasonably sized bathroom. Double glazing kept traffic noise down, and the air conditioner was effective at keeping the room at a desirable temperature. Location is very handy, with theatres, museums, aquarium, Star Casino, Martin Place and circular quay in easy walking distance. Short walk to Kings St Wharf district featuring El Fresco dining at many restaurants and bars.

Bathroom amenities were good, but limited in quantity. We refused housekeeping on our first morning (didn't require it) but when we visited reception for replacements of shampoo and conditioner for our second day we were given only enough for 1 person, (there were 2 of us) and advised we couldn't have any more due to "security reasons"? Certainly not commensurate with the premium price charged for our stay.

Location is awesome! Darling harbour is just 3 min walk, and many city attractions are walking distance. Room is reasonably spacious. For a family of 3 we didn't feel cramped. Kitchen area included is convenient. And it is stocked with the essentials (dishes etc). Bathroom is a bit compact, but usable. There is a washing machine and dryer provided.

Reception is up a flight of stairs so lugging bags up/down during checkin/checkout was not fun. The elevator does go down to street level, but that access is disabled. This should be rectified at least for checkin/checkout. Washing machine and dryer are provided but no detergent is provided. No one's going to buy an entire box for 1-2 uses - so it should have been provided.

Location was fantastic to access everything that the cbd has to offer. Good layout. Staff were great. The view of Darling Harbour was a bonus. Parking close by. Good security.

Noisy. It's next to a pub and a major road that cars use as a race track at all hours. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable after a few nights but that was to be expected. Bathrooms could do with some updating.

The location was fantastic, the room was spacious for a city apartment. Was great to have a full kitchen and washing machine. Daily service of the room was great to have fresh towels. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom made it quite steamy at times. The clothes dryer was almost useless, we instead hung our clothes over the railings of the internal stairs, a clothes airer would be a great addition to the room.

Location was great. Decent view. Not too far from Darling Harbour or the City centre. Walking distance to Pitt Street Mall and Light Rail. Mezzanine level bedroom is novel. Good view of the fireworks that are deployed every Saturday night at Darling Harbour.

I slipped off the bottom step of the staircase from the mezzanine level, in the semi-dark, mostly due to the tight landing at the bottom of the stairs, very close to the glass door to balcony. Apartment is much smaller than the photos look online. When we arrived, there was a woman doing sound testing in our room. We were late checking in so it was well after guests were expected in the room. No real harm done but gave us a bit of a fright when the door was open and someone was in the room. The person at reception probably should have alerted us to the possibility of someone being in there. On the plus side, the room was really quite soundproof.

Location and size of apartment, the bed on a mezzanine floor, great views and access to Darling Harbour, Approximately 150 mtrs covered walk away, bar over the road, we will be staying here on future trips to Sydney, very homely and comfortable. washer/dryer and dishwasher, could easily live here.

Mattress was a bit too hard for us, Apartment had an odour on arrival but after opening balcony door it cleared, not too much of an issue, airing would help.

We loved the views and the loft room. We also got our room 2 hours prior to normal check-in time. The location is great!

There was a bit of a hiccup with the elevator at the checkout, it didn't want to stop on our floor. We had to use stairs and fire exit. Soundproofing of the building is not the best, it was a little noisy due to busy streets around the property.

Excellent location, right next to the Aquarium. 6 min walk to Wynyard and Town Hall stations. Easy access to food. Reception super friendly and knows all the public transport directions.

A bit noisy with the highway underneath. Split system was upstairs so upstairs always too hot and downstairs too cold. No exhaust fan in bathroom, feeling a bit stuffy. Blankets and towels had hair on them.

Room was clean and the reception staff were very polite. Sigmund was friendly and gave us good advice on where to go and how far things were. He was also very friendly and offered to hold our luggage at check in and out before we even had chance to ask. A very smiley and personable employee. The cleaning staff were very thorough and very polite.

Nothing really. Everything was good.

Location is excellent, we got free room upgraded from city view to Darling Harbour View , which is fantastic. We could view the fireworks on Saturday night from our room. Staff are great and helpful as well

There is no elevator to the lobby, we have to carry our luggage up the stairs from street to the hotel front door. Room is a little bit old
