The room was much cheaper than others nearby, and there was a take-out place just one block away with fantastic food. The staff were kind and friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean. There was a late check out available (for an extra fee) which made my stay much more comfortable and saved me hours of waiting around for my flight at the Sydney airport.

It's important to note that taxis aren't allowed to park right outside the hotel (they risk a large fine) so they prefer to pick up passengers from just around the corner. The taxi driver still came to the door and helped me with my bags, so it wasn't a huge problem.

I always stay in the cheapest room at this place. It is great value-for-money if you are simply looking for a clean, comfortable bed for the night. It is too small to to spend any real time in, and there is a tiny desk but you would not want to do any lengthy work there. Try to avoid the ground floor. I suspect it might be a little noisy but I have never had any problem upstairs.

What about a bar fridge in every room? If you are going to be booking in after hours make sure you have that worked out with reception beforehand. Once they told me they would send me a text as to what to do if I was late. It did not happen and I had to go there and look around for an after hours number. Annoying, but it doesn't stop this being my go-to cheapie in Sydney. Compare prices online, there are deals to be had.

Location as an overnight layover close to Sydney airport was the goal of my search and when I landed on this property I thought cool, pretty darn close at $15 each way by cab. Value for money once I was greeted by the check in staff and stepped into my queen deluxe room! A very clean and nice spacious room the only complaint was the bed was too soft I was scared I'd sleep in and miss my taxi back to the airport. Then lovely Asian complimentary brekkie and off I took off. This will be my layover booking from now on, thanks AHS!

I like the interior designs. Feels like it’s inspired by a prison. I’ve never experienced anything like this any where before. If you don’t concern much about sanitary , it’s a good experience to try a toilet without wall and it’s in your bedroom. All the accommodations were there and everything else is ok (to be fair ) coffee and tea are not bad at all. At this price, I don’t want to complain but you should post clear images for what exactly the guess can expect before booking.

Security issue is also quite concerning. No one at the reception desk during night time while the entrance is very welcoming to pedestrians nearby or any visitors. No one replied my message. This is something you can improve without expense. If the facility is your weakness, at least, services should be impressive ie; Airport shuttle services, Call the cap services etc.

There is nowhere for taxis to stop making it quite hard to load in luggage safely (and the drivers get annoyed)

I have visited the property before. if you get a well positioned room, opposite the street, you’ll have a better experience, otherwise you’ll need earplugs. Staff is friendly and it is relatively close to the airport. It’s basic accommodation and, by Sydney standards (an overpriced, former global city), good value for money

This time I had a room away from the road but unfortunately a loud talker in the room next to me who was also a snorer. I was actually pleased when she fell asleep and stopped talking

We loved the provision of ear buds! They were great to block out the road noise. The room was tastefully decorated and the beds were comfy. Our room was a great size and not close to other rooms that could potentially be noisy.

I had my elderly mother with me and there was no elevator so lugging large luggage up the stairs was challenging.

Location next to the airport

No car park totally not safe cause its next to traffic and main highway. Need to consider space for car park. And No cardboard in the room and space is too small for two bed .

The receptionist; we was lovely, approachable, happy and very helpful. We slept so well, the room was dark, the bed was comfortable. There were a lot of noise but that's too be expected in an airport hotel for the obvious of flights leaving at all hours but the hotel provides ear plugs - so thoughtful 💜💜💜

Cheap comfortable with lounge and fridge n electricity and water and sunshine today and I have a great time in the hotel is located approximately 15kms 5minutes walk from Arncliffe station and road noise wasn't as bad as I first thought it would be

It's was small n comfortable with ensuite bathroom and shower and vanity mirror and I would be happy to help and support my new partners to stay there
