* this place is a GEM. a friendly helpful peaceful experience from start to finish. *Quiet. heard occasional muffled voices in carpeted hallway. no loud noises at all. *Room 19 open plan - long and spacious. long sensible benches to unpack your suitcase. mattress firm enough. (we sleep on a brick) a new large bar fridge - not one for cans only! *large open bathroom with modern adjustable shower head. *a new great aircon. *we will stay again 🙂

- Surprised by the stay despite some negative reviews; got exactly what was promised. - Great value in expensive Sydney, with clean rooms, attached bathroom, and kitchen amenities. - Daily room cleaning available around 10:30 AM. - Convenient keycard system for both the main door and the room. - Clean bathroom with excellent hot shower pressure. - Well-connected to bus stops and train stations, and just a short walk to McDonald's. - Nearby news agency sells Opal cards for transport. - Uber from the airport is recommended, as it's similar in price to public transport and more convenient with luggage. - Good internet speed. - Easy check-in and check-out process.

Amazing big rooms for the price Super clean and have things like a fridge and microwave. Liz was amazing, super nice and helpful and genuinely cared about my family and I. We had lots of bags from the airport and skies and the rooms were huge so plenty of storage and we parked right up the side to load and unload. Free parking across the road is epic, especially being 10 mins from Airport! 1/4 of the price to airport hotels, with better rooms, service, free parking, close to food, and Liz. Perfect!

It was huge! We stayed on the ground floor and the room height went on forever and the room itself was much bigger than we have experienced in a while. The bathroom was spacious and very modern and the towels were very luxurious. Staff were friendly and check in was a breeze.

The kitchen had many cupboards which were all empty. They had a microwave but no plates. No glasses just 2 cups and saucers. A few more basic items would have been great

The location was an easy ten minute drive to the airport, which was exactly what we wanted. The room was big, even though we needed a three-person one. It was very well equipped and to a very high standard. The price was better than other places nearby where we have previously stayed. The hostess was very friendly, making my 95 year old father-in-law feel like a king. This will be our go-to accommodation for future airport visits.

There weren't many teabags provided and the hot water took some time to arrive (but was good when it did).

This was the room with a broken door but I did feel secure with an additional key to security. For the 1st time in my many stays the room was smelling of cigarette smoke and the toilet did not smell fresh. Must have been a very inconsiderate traveller before me. Worse off was a cockroach crawling in the tray of the crockery/cutlery. I rinsed off everying, including the tray, in hot boiling water and saved once set when cooled down in the fridge for my use.

Proximity to local area I was visiting, value for money, ease of access, accessible off street parking, close to town, flexibility of hours of business because it is run by the pub over the road. Has your basics if you're not a fusspot. Very comfortable, large room. Comfy bed and, surprisingly, very little street noise! I was pleasantly surprised because there wasn't much on the website to describe it and it was more than ample. And able to get a great price, last minute, with the school holiday period approaching and the Royal Easter show. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, with flexibility when I needed a late checkout :)

If you're after a room with a view, this is not it. It was perfectly functional and convenient for my needs. Some people may not like that the telly is on the side wall but I lie on my side so I thought it was great :) Most motel rooms, the telly is too far away! I also hadn't expected to walk over to the pub to check in - luckily, I wasn't dragging a large suitcase (no lift, should you require it), plus you have to carry it up a large staircase once you go back over to the motel. Best suited for overnight stayers.
