I liked how clean the hotel was. Excellent latte in the morning for a reasonable price. This hotel has cheerful friendly front line staff. The hotel has a modern vibe. The location was close to my Aunty. Hurstville station is a short walk and is a major transportation hub with tram and bus. One tram to get to the Royal Botanical Gardens and close to Circular Quay. The bed was large and comfortable. I liked having a small refrigerator. Security was good with access to your floor only and laundry and parking.

Everything. The staff including Emily and Isaac, who went above and beyond to make my long stay as comfortable as possible. Travelodge Hurstville became my second home thanks to the staff hospitality and kindness at all times. The rooms were brand new and everything was spotless. The location was perfect for me as I was visiting and reconnecting my friends who mostly lived in the surrounding areas. Train station conveniently located just 2-3 mins away - I could reach the city in 20 mins. Everything felt easy. Westfield across the road, everything at just an arms reach. I will definitely stay here again because this hotel is much more than that thanks to the staff and the attention to detail and hospitality. The only thing I can comment on is in order to enhance the experience, it would be nice if the windows opened or at least if a courtyard/garden space was available to relax in and get some fresh air. Apart from that, I’ve left feeling very happy after a 2 month stay! Missing the team and hotel already. Thank you so much.

Just two things: the free wifi was a bit slow and would love to get some fresh air in the rooms if windows could open even just slightly

Location was easy. Opposite Westfields. Easy food, gift, brekkie, shopping. Use nav on walk to direct back to Travelodge, Club is on Level 2 i joined $2.20 for 5 years and 10-20% off food&drinks, nice amicable restaurant and staff, i even saw Gut Sebastion eating there with a group (bonus!)

I liked all i experienced here..mabye i wouldv liked a view than a bldg opposite but we both had sheer curtains and blockout so it was fine.. & we did hear an exterior fan in room 809 but it wasnt too bothering to be honest

Excellent location. Being right across from Westfields is convenient for food and supplies. Parking is really convenient. Entrance to the parking is right next to the hotel entrance but signage on parking could be better. *****I chose this hotel because I was worried that staying at a local pub would be too noisy from street noise. I was rewarded with super quiet and nicely dark rooms with zero street noise even though it is very central.*****

Room cleaning. When I arrived there was already floss in my bathroom bin and a used coffee pod in the coffee machine. Glasses weren't changed during my stay even though clearly used for not just for water (Berocca residue was obvious from a distance but glass was just moved back into position).

The friendliness of the staff is what make this place exceptional. Then, it's location. Very central to shopping and trains. So, I would rate this as is. You can have the best location that offers everything, but if your staff is not up to the standards, all this would be a waste. I ordered a sandwich for breakfast just out of the blue, and WOW! You gotta try it. I admire your staff and that is why I chose to stay here again. Thanks again Issac and Emily, and Chef and all the others that made each morning brighter with your friendly morning greetings. I miss you all.

I have nothing negative to say about this Travelodge.

Room very clean and comfortable, bathroom very spacious and good storage for everything, reception (staffed 24/7) very friendly and helpful, train station only a one-minute walk from the hotel (takes 30 min to Circular Quay, with one change at Town Hall). Parking rate ($20 per day) ok and underground carpark in the same building.

Room a bit underfurnished, with only one chair for two people, no table/desk (but it had a cabinet with fridge and coffee/tea-making facilities, glassware and crockery). Can't remember if clothes could be stored anywhere but there were two hooks for coats etc. As we stayed only one night we didn't need it anyway.

The room was nice and cozy. Location of the hotel was nice

When we first checked in, I noticed random hair in the shower area. Didn't say anything at the time because it was already 10pm and we had a long day. Very last night of out stay, my husband and I returned. As he called the elevator, he forgot that he needed to swipe the card. The petite, asian/Filipino receptionist on left side of the the counter had the most disrespectful and rude tone. I mentioned it to the night audit guy at the time if checkout but idk if it ever got addressed. Her attitude that night spilled water on entire nice stay we had at the location. Also room right by the elevators. Not enjoyable

The hotel was easy to find with on site parking. The staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly and provided information to us without us having to ask. Even before arriving I phoned the hotel to make a change to my booking and the lady on the phone couldnt have been more helpful and made things so easy for me. The hotel is located accross from Westfield and the train station which is very convenient. Only a 20 min train ride into the city. There is a club located on the second level with exceptional food. We were also given a free drink card for the bar on level 9 which we didnt end up visting. The rooms were spacious and clean and very modern and housekeeping attending to make our beds which was lovely. Our reason to visit was to attend a football game at Jubilee Stadium which was only one train station over and an easy walk. Highly recommend this location.

I couldnt fault anything. Parking is $20 per night, however this is quite standard across Sydney and was acceptable for secure undercover parking.

Staff were very friendly, room was very clean and cleaned regularly. The bed was comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. Bed was not too hard nor too soft. Airconditioning was very nice and was chilled. Could not hear anything from outside, nor from the hall way. Location to the station was very good and across the road from the shopping centre as well as Hurstville central in general.

Basic cutlery and crockery was not provided. bed was slightly on the soft side, but that is a minor complaint. Unfortunately being over Christmas/New Years the cost of the stay was high.

The rooms were a good size. lovely bed and good shower and bathroom. The location was a very easy 5 minute walk from the station, which made it extremely easy to get too and from the airport, and into Sydney. A large Westfield shopping centre across the road from the hotel, and there were plentiful food places to choose from close by. All up much simpler and easier than staying in the city, and would certainly stay here again on our next stopover. The club restaurant upstairs was accessible from the hotel, and was good value.

The weather was cold.
