Adjacent pub has great food & the accommodation has a separate entrance to the pub. Good value accommodation within striking distance of the Royal National Park. Excellent shared kitchen facilities with microwave, kettle, tea/coffee, fridge & dishwasher.

We would love to sea The Peakhurst offer a few king room options, and also more comfy beds. There was a little road noise from rooms facing the front of the building, along with some noisy patrons leaving the pub in the wee hours on our first stay here. Overall however, we were very happy for the price.

Great value & within striking distance of the Royal National Park. The room was clean, comfortable & convenient with access to the pub via a lift. We had dinner twice at the pub & both times the meals were exceptional, stand out was the crispy skinned salmon. Staff were polite, helpful & friendly. Loved the separate access to our accommodation, no need to walk through the pub to get to your room.

The morning road noise was annoying, as was the 2am doof doof & people yelling out on the street on Friday night as they left the pub. I would suggest the old windows be replaced with new, double-glazed windows - this would make a huge difference! I would also suggest a few king bed room options, we would have chosen this over a queen room.

the renovation to the hotel rooms was excellent, well presented and very clean and comfortable Bathroom very clean and and tastefully decorated. Definitely would return. Very quiet once in the room. A gem in the burbs !!

No coffee and tea facilities in the rooms. Did not like the communal kitchen. However communal kitchen well stocked and clean. Just no privacy for the morning coffee and tea before checkout.

The location was very good, the property was very clean and modern and the rooms and the bed was super comfy. lately I have come to respect the value and experience pub style accommodations offer and this is another gem of a find where I will definitely stay if I need a place to stay in Sydney.

Although it was not really a bother for me as I am used to loud traffic. However, as the room I was in was facing the main street the traffic could be heard through out the night. Not really a deal breaker as a good set of ear plugs would do the job, but something to be mindful of when booking if you are a light sleeper.

It was an ideal place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. It was super quiet in our room, number 6.

I would have liked a bedside table and lamp on both sides of the bed, not just one. As it was, I got around it by pulling one of the chairs over next to my side of the bed to put my book and phone on, but I still had to use the main room light, and to get out of bed to turn it off! A minor inconvenience, but it would have made a difference. Also, please check the bathroom floor after the cleaner and before the next guest. There was an abundance of long black hairs on the floor in the shower and next to the toilet. However, the nice cleaning man hastily rectified that, as soon as I told him.

Room was clean and the environment was quiet, staffs were polite and super friendly, we stayed there a while and house keeping was great, location is convenient -› above a bistro, next to a super market, a Japanese restaurant and a kabeb shop cross the road …

There was a Sunday, the hot water system was not functioning till the next day, and it was a bit too chill to have a cold water shower for the night…

Comfort room , very happy with our stay. The double glazed window has been very good to cut the noise from the bar to zero!! Very spacious rooms. Be definitely come back next time.They have nice bar restaurant below & nice meal too . Huge parking space at the back.

The sound of shower from other room. You can hear very clear when people rush from check out in the morning.

The food and cocktails in the restaurant was exceptional! Loved our meals we couldn’t stop raving about it. Staff was excellent and the manager who showed the room was awesome. Felt very at ease. It was a very cool environment and the room was clean and comfy we only needed it for a short time so it was perfect. Due to the location of the room we felt also safe and secure.

The location was great as we had to attend a funeral nearby.We didnt have breakfast there.

The only difficulty was that at check in we were not told how to operate the lift. once this was explained all was fine. We particularly appreciated the kitchenette and being able to make tea and coffee there.

I stayed here as a place to crash after a 40th nearby.I wasn't expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised. The room was nicely furnished, the bed was really comfortable,the bathroom new and very clean, hot water and very quiet.We were right above the pub entrance so I expected noise but the double glazed windows did their job. I would 100% book here again.

I wasn't a fan of needing to walk through the pub with my bag to be able to get upstairs to the room. I checked in at 5pm on a Friday if you're checking in later just know you're going to get some curious looks 😄.
