Good capsule gave some privacy. Noise not really an issue

Chinese idiots hoiking and snorting in the adjacent shower!! I thought I was bathing with animals! Disgusting but this isn't the fault of Space Q. Facilities were good and clean

Location and uniqueness. The capsule was clean and private. A bit like a rooftop tent but with lights, mirror and phone charger. They were helpful providing towels and lockable luggage storage as I was traveling overseas after my stay. The communal area was clean and well appointed. The capsule was large enough for me to fit comfortably with my suitcase and hand luggage.

The bathrooms and hallway areas were not as clean as they could have been but for the price was fair. I did what I do when camping and cleaned the shower that I used while I stayed.

the capsules were good, comfortable, air conditioned, I slept very well, I was surprised how much room was in them!

the toilets and showers were disgusting (unkept) and the amount of stuff that was left lying around, half drunk bottles of water and rubbish on the window sills and crap everywhere, come on , you are trying to promote a business that needs a kick in the arse, the kitchen upstairs was also bad , someone needs to take charge and make sure things are tidy !!

The Guy at check-in was Awesome he spoke perfect English and showed me how to use the capsule and its features, I wanted to experience sleeping in a ? Space capsule. If they were sound proof that would be even better. I think the Government could adopt the same principle for the Homeless and in Emergency situations, like Floods and Fires.

It's no fault of the Property noise is an issue, I forgot to take ear plugs. Other guests are inconsiderate as far as noise goes, there are comings and goings all night long. tips for other Guests there is no need to keep slamming the capsule door trying to lock it, gently close it shut then it will lock. Not a Fault but remember to hire a towel they are not included. Some minor DIY handy work is required it could be done without hiring a tradesperson. I thought it was clean when I first arrived but people soil the place leaving used toilet paper around and other objects So Remember Towel, Ear Plugs and Keep it quiet it's not your home you are a guest If you were unable to have an MRI scan forget it, you will not handle the capsule?

Location! I loved the capsule it’s a bit of a novelty it was very comfortable. I liked that there was a kitchen with appliances to either male snacks or meals. Also, a vending machine with snacks and drinks. There’s was also a recreation room had games, tv, pool table and books.

That in our room there wasn’t enough lockers. I was told to put my suitcase etc.. on a shelf.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Space Q Capsule Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The capsules were not only clean and comfortable but also felt like a cozy haven after a long day of exploring. The pillows were of 5-star hotel standard, offering a level of comfort that was truly indulgent. The blankets were delightfully fresh, and the toilets were impeccably clean, while the showers looked as though they had been recently renovated. One of the highlights of my stay was the games room, which added an extra layer of fun and relaxation to my experience. The attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of the facilities truly made me feel like I was getting exceptional value for the price I paid. I can confidently say that I would have never found such a high-quality hotel experience at this price point elsewhere. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly option for your next stay, I highly recommend Space Q Capsule Hotel.

It was pretty spacious! I'm a fairly tall person (1.7m) and I had a nice amount of space to sleep in. The location was great; easy to get everywhere. Love the futuristic lighting and how much control I had over the brightness. There was also control over the ventilation! I had 2 USB ports and 1 outlet in the capsule as well.

The bathrooms aren't the cleanest, but that is mostly due to other guests not using the bathrooms properly. Their sink is also extremely small and placed in an awkward position over the toilet. Otherwise, it is a decent bathroom. It is a given, but noise could be a big issue depending on your neighbors as you will hear every time they leave or enter their capsule. If you don't sleep with ear plugs or are a light sleeper, it may be difficult for you to stay here.

I think the privacy that you get and the location are absolutely fantastic for the price. The capsules have two USB portals, one outlet, and the option to turn air ventilation on and off. The doors are locked from the inside and there is an emergency button (though considering the reception is closed after 5, I'm not sure there is anyone on the premise at all times to offer assistance quickly).

I have stayed here before, and the limited reception hours can be a little hard to plan around. Especially as it means you can't leave your bag before check-in or after check-out. Unlike my previous stay, this time was in winter and I found the capsules to be a little cold at night. There were also small food stains on the blanket though the sheets and pillowcase appeared clean.

I liked the concept of the futuristic-themed space capsule, and it was a decent size and very comfortable. The dorm room was a good size, and there was plenty of storage. The facilities were great, too. I saw the common room & kitchen area but wasn't there long enough to make full use of them, but probably would've if I'd stayed longer. I also liked the location as it was so close to good transport links for tram train & buses & regional links. I'd definitely stay there again one day.

I didn't like it that when I came to the room, someone constantly propped the main door open with a door wedge, as this could've compromised people's safety and that of our belongings. My locker door was broken also, but I managed to store my things in the capsule, so it would've only been a problem if i was staying longer-term .

Staying in a capsule hotel has been on my bucket list for a long, and for my first time the Space Q hotel was an amazing experience. . The most important thing for me is that the accomodation was clean and I was taken back by how well kept and clean the place was. The capsules were spotless and the bedding was soft comfortable and immediate. The toliets are sheared but you would never know as they were sparkling clean. My quality of sleep was amazing, and the hotels study and entertainment area had just been newly renovated with a large kitchen connected. The. Space Q is in the heart of Sydney’s CBD and is litterally 5 minutes from Australia’s iconic harbour bridge and Oprah house. Great staff with a great vibe .
