It was extrememly clean, very spacious. Bed was comfortable and loved the lounge for sitting and watching TV. Bathroom clean and spacious, shower great.

Only 1 accessible power point - I needed to do work on the computer but couldn't plug in my phone. Would have love a mug for coffee. The tap in the bathroom was loose and made it difficult to turn on. The bedhead wasn't attached, so when I would roll over, it was creaking!! And when I tried to find a power point near the bed, I ,moved the bedside table and the wires behing were. a nightmare!

The swimming pool was nice and warm actually. Only 2-5 mins drive from the beach. Pet friendly which was great. BBQin backyard of your room. Staff was very accommodating, lent me tennis racquets, utensils for the BBQ, bug spray etc. There's family room with TV, table tennis, pool table. It was nice to get away and relax for a few days. I spent more time at the beach, being outdoors and shopping centre down the road anyway. So can't complain, really. Price vary , it's holiday season.

There's spiderwebs and flies around, but it's expected with all the greenery/trees everywhere.

Loved the facilities in the retreat which included table tennis, pool table, swimming pool, tennis and a good garden where my son and I played some cricket. The rooms were spacious and opened up straight into the garden with outdoor table and seating which was great for the dog we were travelling with. The staff also kindly let me charge my EV using my extension and charging cable into one of the domestic outlets.

Not much to mention here except that the rooms could be cleaner, and have at least plates and cutlery.

Prior booking the place, I looked at booking website and it was marked as a Disappointing! I was searching around to book another hotel/motel but all were booked out for New Year. So, I booked this place and once I checked in my daughter said it is a beautiful place and why you were saying it was marked as a Disappointing in booking website!! Then, I directly went to the reception and I knew something is wrong and starting to have a chat with the manager about this issue. He mentioned that some people nowadays are very aggressive for simple things and in some cases are asking either give us a lot of discount or we will give you a worst feedback. He also mentioned that I ask people to have a look at the rooms for 30 min and if they are not satisfied then I will give a full refund. I think it is amazing to have such option. I believe many of travelers are not giving such places place a good feedback when they are enjoying the facilities and the time during the stays as many won't have time to go online and give a good feedback. Hence, I suggested him to be active in responding to the comments and the feedback and also to place a QR code in different area i.e reception , common area so people can give their feedback. I also suggested to add new photos of different rooms and facilities as they have done a lot of renovation. The staff are very open to help and make sure everyone is happy during their stays. Great facilities and enjoyed a lot during our stay i.e Pool, Tennis Court, Common area facilities! Kids enjoyed a lot. Amazing staff.

We stayed for one night and it met our expectations. I was slightly reluctant to book due to the other reviews, however we needed to stay somewhere affordable and close to Terrigal. Upon arrival, we could smell bleach as soon as we opened the door. The bathroom had been freshly cleaned, the sheets and towels were clean, and the room was spacious. We brought our linen, towels, and pillows just in case (due to previous reviews) however did not need to use them, as the room was acceptable. The hotel delivered on what was expected keeping in mind the price of the rate we paid. Would stay again!!

The curtains didn’t block out much sunlight in the morning- east fix is to bring an eye mask. There isn’t a fly screen on the balcony door, but aircon worked well to cool the room.

The room I stayed in was cozy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. The hotel's location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. Surrounded by nature, it allowed me to relax and recharge. Although I didn't dine at the hotel's restaurant during my stay, I heard positive reviews from other guests about the delicious meals and attentive service. I would certainly recommend giving Seaside garden a try.

Location was perfect for what we wanted, bed was comfy and shower was hot. Check in was hassle free and the grounds were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms need a little work. No wine glasses, spoon for morning coffee, toilet brush, bin in toilet, a clean up on the balcony, bedside light.

Great location for us As we were there for overnight stop. Comfortable beds Everything was great for what we were there for. Location great for us.Kids loved the pool and walking around property.

Nothing to complain about wasn't there long enough. We enjoyed our stay there Definitely will use again
