The overall standard of all the facilities. I thought it could be starting to age but the maintenance has been first class

A minor point but I was a little disappointed that there was a charge for Wi Fi. Most places include this in the general rate and I don’t think the small extra charge is warranted

Relaxing, very clean, a variety of facilities accommodating any weather type. Buffet breakfast option. The resort layout. And very close to the main shop centres.

Wifi reception, balcony & patio had open timber ceilings, therefore you could not sit outside if it rained to enjoy views, villas did not have a sandwich press toaster or laundry basket. resorts restaurant took a minimum of 1 hr for food to be served or longer, and we ate there multiple times, however the food was exceptional & amazing!. Other than all of the above, it was a great experience and perfect 👌.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The desserts were a great touch to the buffet. It was my first time at the entrance but felt like home away from home since it was not that far of a drive. The pool was easily accessible and very close to our room. The staff were lovely and very inviting. We came with family and requested that our villas were close together which Pullmans accommodated for.

Carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly still a few pieces of rubbish from the last people. The phone was in the bedroom needed to be down stairs.

Loved the location. I loved how there were villas, made the stay feel very private. Great tennis court. Staff very nice and actioned our requests via QR code very quickly eg to bring more towels.

The restaurant (the one near the bar) wasn’t the best and left us a little dissatisfied. The chicken was very dry. If it had better food we would’ve stayed at the Pullman more but we ventured out and explored the area. Our aircon seemed to not work which wasn’t the greatest. If the villas had an additional bathroom would’ve been good, it was hard sharing one bathroom between 4 couples. A lot of turkeys (plus their poo). Would’ve wanted the poo to be cleaned up a bit more frequently as upon arrival we had poo at our door step and balcony.

Service was amazing, when I checked in staff asked about why I booked and I told them it was a weekend planned for my birthday with my family and gave a complimentary bottle of wine. They explained everything about the place, what they had to offer and things we could do. Our apartment was amazing, spacious, modern and very clean.

The weather was not great but that can't be helped and the lagoon pool was closed for maintenance but I also had been previously advised. There were other options for swimming facilities

Thé villa was well equipped, spacious light and airy. Pool just outside villa. Reception staff excellent extremely helpful. Remember there is no servicing of rooms which is somewhat weird considering the cost.

The food certainly not the standard one would expect. Menu mmmh, nothing exciting, seaside resort and no fresh seafood ?. Don’t go near high tea, very very poor, mainly shop brought and cut into quarters same sweets served at breakfast. 1 and half sandwiches for two people, they don’t even have fresh tea only tea bag. Breakfast, two days in a row we ordered a cappuccino as we sat down, 45 min later still waiting so we left both mornings without coffee.

We loved the villa - big bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Excellent coffee and tea provided. Nice bathrooms. Exceptionally clean villa in a garden setting. Highly recommend the restaurant room service food-large servings and really good quality.

We didn't like that you had to drive to find other restaurants, cafes, things to do that didn't involve golf. Also the blinds in the living area which you could see through at night when your inside lights were on - a bit like being in a fishbowl. Thankfully, the bedrooms also had thick curtains.

Our second time staying here and it is always good. Kids live the pool and open space, the staff are fantastic with kids (especially in the restaurant) and the apartments have everything you could need and then some. Great location away from the noise etc.

A few instances where the place is starting to show a bit of wear and tear - our dishwasher was broken as an example - but to their credit the staff told us before we checked in and gave us a voucher to make up for the inconvenience. Pool access gate was not working properly but we found a way around it. Not huge issues but just little things that would have made the stay perfect. Even with these issues though we would (and will) happily stay here again.

So very happy the facilities, accommodation and all staff. It was above my expectations and a break I really needed away from my full time caring of both my elderly parents. I loved every minute of my time there, and was very grateful to everyone who allowed me to have an amazing respite care for myself to be able to relax, enjoy and recharge up again. Thank You

this place is perfection in my eyes. Caters for everyone's needs no matter what they are and no matter if your stay is a short one or long one. There is plenty to do, great food, great bar for drinks, gymnasium, wellness centre, 3 pools and the golf course and beach at your door step.

We had a great room just by the lagoon pool. It was convenient with children.

Our room was missing all its mugs so we had to have coffees out of small glass cups. There was also a lot of other utensils missing, makes it tricky to cook meals. They didn’t open the pool bar which was disappointing, it was the weekend and the weather was beautiful. Other than that it was lovely.
