The hotel is in a great location, close enough to walk to the main area of town but not so close that you feel like you are right in the middle of it all. The room was clean and spacious.

We travelled with friends and paid extra to stay in a bigger room while our friends stayed in a smaller room; while we enjoyed the extra space, the actual amenities were better in the smaller room. Our bathroom door wouldn't close properly, the shower's water pressure was disappointing and while the smaller room had a hairdryer that could be plugged in, ours was attached to the wall and you had to hold a button the whole time you were using it. It felt a bit annoying that even though we had paid more, we didn't seem to get much for that extra money.

Lovely big room, good size for a family. We loved the breakfast/ dining space - lovely design. Menu was simple but had what a family needed. The hotel was short staffed and we were impressed that the nice guy at front desk was doing everything including making coffees. But he probably needed some help! Wagga Wagga is going to need more accommodation options if they are going to host all the tournaments at the same time... or don’t host them all at the same time because rooms were extremely sparse the weekend we were there and air bnbs were charging through the roof. We appreciated the fair prices offered here but due to lack of rooms our basketball team could not do team travel which was very sad for the girls. Coaches stayed an hour out of Wagga.

Room had no view, it was corner and up against a wall. A garden or park view would’ve been amazing.

The staff was attentive and was able to accommodate me and and my preferences quickly and personally. I booked very late notice and wanted an early check-in. Receptionist Murray called me personally to let me know my room was ready early. Room was comfortable, clean and has the basic amenities that you would need for a solo traveler. Location is great, only a 5-10min walk to main shopping strip Baylis Strip. Parking was easy. The rooms were neat and no wear and tear. This is my second time here and it was pleasant so I would definitely be coming here again. Thank you for good customer service and comfortable stay!

It was basic so didn't have the extra facilities some may expect like pool, gym and sauna. But I didn't need it and it was a short work trip so it was fine for me. Although close to the shopping strip, the streets to the hotel may be dark and quiet and not under cover.

The staff service was amazing from check in to room service to the bar and breakfast. Everything runs there to the clock. Very considerate and courteous. Park view room was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend this to any traveller going to Wagga. Also, very convenient location.

The on-site restaurant could do with a better menu for dinner. Options were quite limited. Note that portion sizes were quite large :). Breakfast was great.

Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff at check in and check out, free parking and close to CBD. Also friendly house keeping lady. Licensed restaurant on-site. Not a huge menu but the burger was delicious.

Just a tiny criticism - to properly use the desk, a higher chair is needed. While the one there was perfectly comfortable, it was too low. No major criticisms.

The room was spacious and we had everything we needed for a one night stay. The shower pressure was great and overall it was great value for money.

Reception staff in the morning took a long time to arrive to the office when I called to check out. We needed to be somewhere by a set time and we were a little bit late. The only other thing was that the bed could have done with a warmer/thicker duvet as it was cold. We used the blanket that we found in the cupboard but it was too small for the two of us (we arent big people, I'm pretty sure the blanket was only single size but we had a king size bed so it wasnt big enough). Also a very small detail was the mirror wasn't very clean. Who ever cleaned it left great big smudge marks all over. Minor details but when striving for excellence these things stand out.

Great stay, close to town, there is a restaurant downstairs and you can have breakfast delivered to the room which is a bonus when you have kids. The lady at the reception was extremely kind and accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

I wish there was a hairdryer in the room.! (I am sure the lady at the reception would have provided one if I had asked! )

The room at best Western was nice and quiet and clean and tidy the bathroom was big and the show was one of the best I've used in a long time. the car parking just right. the Tv was good and fox tv for free. air condition was nice and cool.

took a little while to work the Tv and air con but once done it was easy, clock raid was the only thing found that did not work. But most people have a clock on they phone.

The friendly Reception Manager and the Room was very neat and clean. Also It was great to be able to have a shower and relax after a 12 hour trip so that we could be fresh the next morning to celebrate my youngest sons graduation from Kapooka.

The people who were in the room to our left were extremely loud outside their room from 1am to 4 am in the morning which made it extremely hard to sleep.

Lovely place to stay . The manager was very friendly and happy to help with any enquiry. Food in restaurant was yummy and my children both enjoyed their meals. I would def recommend this place , beds were slightly hard but that's just my personal opinion as I like soft beds .
