We like the apartment facility such as the electric stove and the oven. We checked-in on the Christmas Eve where we expected that many shops or restaurants would close on that day. Therefore, by having the stove and the oven were our life-saver because we were able to cook something for our Christmas Eve's dinner. The pool was a plus. It was also nice to dip in the pool during 35 degrees weather in the afternoon.

The leather couch needs to be replaced. We can spot a few cracks on the leather. Other than that it's all good. The entry door at the back probably needs a security lock / pass, as it stays unlock all the time. It is good to have a security lock / pass as well to avoid trespassers or thieves from entering the apartment building.

The staff were professional and kind. The on site restaurant was clean and servedwonderful food. There was plenty of parking, and the location of the hotel was only a 3 minute walk from the main strip, which was perfect and convenient

The first morning we ordered room service. We left in the room, naturally assuming that when the cleaners came through, it would be cleared. Unfortunately, it wasn't taken away until much later in the night.

Close to the city. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Very quiet area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The television kept going fuzzy and dropping out of reception. Annoying when you were watching an interesting show. Also the picture frame that had been hanging on the wall had obviously broken and been lent against the wall. Caught an item of clothing on the wire hanging which took a while to unhook without damaging my clothes. It should have been removed prior to our arrival.

Location was great, parking was good, check in was easy, the kids loved the pool, the beds were comfy and the room was clean. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great value for money.

Our bathroom tap surged when turning it on no matter how slow I tried it, which splashed all over our clothing. When other guests came home for the evening the door closings sounded like they were in your room. It was quite alarming at times.

I usually avoid Motel's and prefer to stay in Hotel's because I find them more luxurious. However I found it didn't feel as tired as most Motel's do and in fact felt really comfortable. The bed was very soft and comfy and so were the pillows. The towels were huge and very plush. I absolutely loved that. I didn't eat there and so I can't comment on the dinning as it was a very quick visit to pickup something from Wagga and return home. It was great being able to park both ute and trailer close to my room.

Apart from the lovely stay I managed to leave behind a very expensive camera bag with all my equipment. On discovering the bag the hotel called me and arraged for its safe storage until a courier picked it up. They called me to give me updates on the status (as the first courier company messed up and didnt take it). Such incredible customer service that really went above and beyond, and saved me a massive amount of stress. Thanks to all the staff!

The room was spacious, with comfortable beds. It was easy to park near our door. A buffet breakfast was available in the restaurant. The wifi worked well. The shower alcove was roomy. It was easy to drive into and out of the property.

Unfortunately, the refrigerator had no freezer compartment and so we were unable to freeze our cooler bricks. The coffee and the hot food were only lukewarm.

Great location. Able to park directly outside our room. Room and facilities all as advertised. Pool was perfect for a cool off and play with kids. They readily accommodated our request for a slightly early check in, which we appreciated. Air-conditioning effective.

The bar fridge was very small and didn't have a freezer section. Difficult to keep things properly refrigerated for a subsequent day of travel. Mattresses and pillows were a bit soft for our liking... those foam mattresses you sink into and that seem to get really hot. I realise this is personal preference and hard to accommodate all guests' needs!

The location is excellent, close to town and central. The toiletry items are of an excellent standard. The breakfast (extra cost) is of an excellent standard with lots to choose from.

The bed was very soft, which will suit some people, it was too soft for us. People in adjoining rooms who smoke outside and the smoke comes in under our door. There is an excellent area provided in the carpark area, away from the rooms that people could use.

Great location, comfortable and spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Service from all staff was great.

The shower area had a couple of spots that could do with attention, but it was otherwise very good.
