The room was so well situated for our coming and going with the car and dog. The cleaning staff were amazing so fast, clean and friendly. I loved the layout of the room and the flooring although it was coming apart in two areas. Shower and bath fabulous. Having our dog there was perfect and easy.

The mattress was not comfortable seemed a bit old maybe. A mat at the sliding door would have been useful to stop dirt coming in as we came and went. The breakfast area was very COLD which was annoying as the breakfast was lovely but we really rushed because of the chilly draft and general coldness of the area. A little more light in the sink mirror would have been handy.

Upon entry you were warmly greeted, locations were explained and shown where they were (restaurant, bar etc). The room was easy to find and the elevator was clean and didn't smell. The room itself was a nice size, the bed was large and very comfortable. The setup of the room was easy to manage with heavy bags. The bathroom was clean and the toilet has a nice smell to it. The shower was very large and had great water pressure. There was also no noise from outside which was great.

That I couldn't stay longer.

Wonderfully accommodating and helpful staff who were great during our unexpected emergency stay in Wagga. The room was clean and comfortable. I was very grateful for the air-conditioning in the room, the washing machine and dryer in our room were a fantastic find. Just a block from the main shopping area, the location was great.

The restaurant and lobby area was very hot due to the canopy roof structure and the summer heatwave temperatures. The bathroom was well appointed but a bit awkward with the door opening directly onto the toilet.

Comfortable room and located well for easy access with our dog. Easy walking distance to cafe and hotel for breakfast and dinner.

Bedside alarm had been preset to 4.30am unbeknowns to us and the concierge thought that was funny when we complained on checkout. Also the fridge was not working and the milk provided was off and the concierge had had similar complaints from other guests.

Beds comfy, very clean. plentiful air conditioning. Cleaning staff friendly and doing a good job cleaning the rooms.

There was a regular noise in the room. First we thought it was coming from the air conditioner? or some other source. As a suggestion, later in the day in the main area on the ground floor, used dishes and cups were left on on a number of tables despite staff not busy. Not a good look. The main ground floor area is very impressive and such a plus for the Mantra at Wagga Wagga,

Fantastic place to stay with dogs. The unit was very tidy and neat. A perfect place to stop through on the way to Melbourne from Sydney. Plenty of space for 1-2 nights with major grocery stores and shops nearby within walking distance.

There was no coffee provided in our apartment as it hadnt been refilled. Id also recommend not having multiple types of black teas from various brands as I wasnt sure if it was left from previous people staying there.

The room was typical of a good, clean, mostly comfortable hotel room however the restaurant area was spectacular with a bar and a variety of seating options - a lovely place to meet up with visitors.

Would prefer an option to have a blanket instead of a doona - it was much too hot and uncomfortable. View was just of a carpark but that can't be helped.

Location of accommodation was great and just a short walk to some lovely cafes and restaurants. Pet friendly rooms were great for us and our two furbabies they had direct access to the carpark for middle of the night nature calls.

The bathroom looked a little tired. There was some visible rust that could do with a fix, but otherwise it was functional.

Comfortable bed, electric jug and microwave and fridge so I could have some self sufficient relaxation after a long day working.

There were a few small black crickets in the room each day - they didn't cause me any harm and a few encountered by boot but just something to be aware of. I just put it down to being a country seasonal thing but other guests may be more fussy.

The staff were lovely. The beds were so comfortable and the room had everything that was advertised and more. It was great value for money

The phone didnt work for room service and the restaurant was close during out stay for the whole week which was a bit disappointing
