Location was great. And it was great to have the kitchen and laundry facilities for a longer stay.

There was a funky smell coming from the plumbing in the bathroom. Also another guest smoking meaning the communal hallways and staircase smelt. I would have liked the daily housekeeping to include fresh towels and replenishing of supplies rather than asking guests to go and get them themselves. Parking was insufficient (we had to park on the street and walk through an unlit area next to a construction site) and looking forward to when EV charging facilities become commonplace at hotels.

The apartment was insulated well and external noise minimal. The blinds did a great job of blocking out light. The apartment had everything needed in terms of kitchen items and having a washing machine, dryer and clothes airer was great! The bed was comfortable The apartment was very clean

I booked this room specifically as it was advertised on Booking.com as having a bathtub. I paid more than I would have otherwise in order to get the apartment to have a bath. Unfortunately there was no bathtub and the person I spoke to at reception advised that these had been removed when bathrooms were renovated a couple of years ago. Very disappointed as I would not have chosen this if I had had accurate information.

The location is perfect as it is not on the main roads, so it is lovely and quiet yet still close to fantastic restaurants and shopping. There was a pool, although we didn’t use it this stay. The bed was very comfortable (which is a big deal for this frequent traveller).

The en-suite was pretty tiny and the parking was limited (we had to resort to parking in a disabled space to park on site). Our room had also just been painted, so the smell lingered for our two night stay.

Room clean and tidy

The problem is quest cancel my reservation for 3 bedroom apartment which is suitable for my family. Luckily I request for late check in and the staff inform me that my reservation was cancelled but I didn't get information about that. The staff very helpful and trying to find solutions for us and gave me studio room instead. However it's not really satisfied me because I have to go to other room to look at my kids. I have to separate with my other kids. But that's all good. Quest staff was so helpful on that day.

Location is perfect. It’s only a short walk to some amazing restaurants and cafes. It’s peaceful and the beds are comfortable. I’ve stayed before and I will stay again.

We stayed in 23A this time and the drains in the bathroom stink so bad and the stench hits you when you walk into the apartment. The air freshener they mask it with does not help… but a kettle full of boiled water down them does the trick.

We stayed over Easter and although limited staff and cleaning they went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed even a broom for the kids easter egg clean up. Our stay was due to a family member in hospital and although a stressfull time it was made easier by the great staff.

there was no vacume or broom in the room only a dust pan staff

This property is a definite 9.0 - 9.5 an the receptionist made things so easy an was so nice to deal with on a Sunday afternoon , no stress after a long drive , she is a definite asset to this company it's the simple things an politeness that attract a customer to return .

our room was not serviced second day, so had to request clean towels (we got in after full day out at Narrandera) and we had a washing machine but no powder. that would have been nice to have as we stayed 3 nights. also tea towels provided did not dry up anything. the fridge also was not very cold and this is the second time i have noticed this.

Staff were friendly and professional, had the aircon on in our room when we arrived. Room absolutely stunning. Clean and stocked with necessities. BEST shower I have EVER had. Strong wifi. Comfortable bed aswell as sofa bed. Clean sheets, endless amount of clean linen. Plenty of parking for guests. Literally cannot fault anything. Was a wonderful stay. Will definitely stay again if there's availability.

This property is in a lovely, quiet location close to wonderful restaurants and great shopping. Bed was very comfy. There is a great pool and barbecue area to enjoy too.

Parking can be tricky especially if the hotel is fully booked.
