We had a very spacious room with a double bed and a single, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bathroom is massive! The beds were all very comfortable and the unit was very clean. The road noise was almost non-existent so that was a plus. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I don't necessarily think it was good value for money but compared to other accommodation in the area it was better much value than some, and given how clean it was I was happy to pay extra for that.

The parking was a nightmare because they were fully booked. The parking issue was not the hotel's fault as there is enough parking for the number of rooms but so many people can't park between the lines! This meant parking was very tight as some spots could not be used (other than by a motorbike).

The location was close to town centre, Civic Centre, St Michael's Cathedral, Murrumbidgee River and parklands. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to park my car close to my room.

The location was a bit noisy from about 5.30am onwards because of municipal garbage trucks but that was not the fault of the motel. On Friday and Saturday night some guests were rather loud but that was not the fault of the motel. And nearby Tarcutta Street was a popular venue for local hoons in over loud cars. Again not the fault of the motel.. However that was balanced out by the delightful sound of bird song around dawn from the surrounding parkland and the well kept gardens.

Lovely and clean, bathrooms and kitchenette nicely renovated. Nice towels. Make up removal wipes - wonderful addition. Very comfy bed and fantastic pillows (difference between a good night’s sleep and not!) I had a problem with the power in my room after reception had closed and customer service response was truly brilliant, and so appreciated after arriving late after a long day’s work and travel. I travel to Wagga fairly regularly and have found this little gem previously - will make this my regular accommodation.

Plugging in the iron shorted out the power and couldn’t get all the lights back on … didn’t really matter as there were sufficient lamps etc, which was great, and help was offered if I needed it. Most responsive and gracious customer service I’ve encountered for quite a while and it really made a difference to a very brief stay - thank you.

We thought that we were staying in a 2 Bedroom Terrace Cottage, but were booked into a 2 Bedroom Apartment upstairs. I spoke to the manager regards the 'mix up' and he allowed us to move into a 2 Bedroom Art Deco House adjoining the Motel. The home had just been fully renovated with new Kitchen, Bathroom, Dining Room and spacious Bedrooms. It was very tastefully decorated throughout. Alovely home for a 4 night stay very central to Wagga's CBD.

Apart from the 'mix up' in what we thought we booked - we had stayed in one of the Terrace Cottages 2 years ago, but they are not now part of the Centralpoint Motel which was unfortunate, but we were very pleased with accommodation in the Art Deco 2 Bedroom Home.

The room size was more than adequate with a seperate living area which contained a counch, dining table and chairs, single bed and the kitchen facilities including oven/stove and microwave. There was a seperate bedroom with a double bed which adjoined the bathroom. There was a TV in both the main room and the bedroom. Split system reverse cycle in the main area which was enough to heat the bedroom with the door open. The double bed was comfortable with extremely comfortable pillows. The shower pressure wonderful and water temperature was hot and steady with no fluctuation. The location was fantastic with a short walk to the Wagga Civic theatre (which we attended), a short walk to the beach and to a local Woolworths and several hotels, take aways and dining options in close proximity. Staff were friendly and helpful. First time staying at this motel. Will definitely stay there again. Upon departure I called reception to mention a couple of minor issues and the staff member was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience offering a full refund. A second staff member called to facilitate the refund and was also extremely polite and apologetic. Full refund was in my account within two business days.

Outside light and main bedroom light not working. TV remote had no batteries. Sliding door from main bedroom to bathroom was not functioning. (Appeared to be off slide tracks). None of these issues were too much of an inconvenience and when I did contact the reception to advise them of the minor issues they were extremely apologetic and refunded my entire booking.

Room was very Clean, with a good bed. Cold throughout stay and was thankful for A/c. Area was quiet, great for a good nights sleep. Room was cleaned everyday The room had a desk for work and easy to access plugs. Easy to access security key pad locks. Never lost a key! Jack and the team looked after me. They went above an beyond to help me work out issues with booking.Com when I had to leave early due to a family emergency. Will be back!

Not much it was great. Tv was small. Seriously it was a great place to stay

A very comfortable room with Table and chairs, a continental breakfast pack was available 7 days a week a cooked breakfast could be order some days. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance of dining options and major shops. It is accross the road from the Visitor information centre. A river walk is accessable from just accross the road also

The cators on the bed could not be locked and the bed kept rolling away from the beadhead.

I thought I'd booked a ground floor room - discovered upon checking in that I was booked upstairs. I could have coped, but (aged 76) was pleased to be 'upgraded' to ground floor. Accommodation was huge, with just about everything you could want, and as staying 3 nights was much appreciated. I was pleased with the new entry system - I had stayed here a year ago - and since then they had installed a coded entry system instead of keys.

Parking there is not great - very limited space - though in my case it was OK and right outside my door. Some people might not like being so close to the road and the lights and traffic in Room No 1, though it didn't bother me at all. I'm trying to find a negative! Yes, got one - there were no tissues supplied. I did of course have my own so again it didn't bother me.

Our room had a queen bed and single bed with extra bedding for all beds. Kitchenware catered for 4 people and kitchen included microwave, kettle, toaster as well as 2 electric hot plates, saucepans and fridge and good bench space. Bathroom had space each side of hand basin and hooks as well as towel space. Spacious and well designed unit with quiet and efficient reverse cycle unit.

Parking spaces were tight to get into and out of and easiest to drive in past reception and exit via second street at end of units.
