I love this hotel. I have stayed several times now and it NEVER disappoints. Brilliant staff, clean and spacious. Great value for money. The beds are beyond comfortable and the rooms are dark and quiet. Parking is easy. The location is great.

It was all BRILLIANT! I love this hotel and would encourage anyone who is staying in Wagga Wagga to stay at the Quality Inn Rules Club. The Rules Club is only a short walk from the hotel and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. South City Shopping Centre is a short drive, as is the city centre.

New and up-to-date accommodation. Good sized room and very comfortable. Safe off-road parking.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and new the property was. My only criticism would be the referral to go for dinner next door at the bistro. It is in fact a club to which you have to sign in as a guest. This was fine, but the people working at the club were not very welcoming and it felt like you were a nuisance just by being there. There was an obvious difference to how regulars/club members were treated as opposed to non-members like us. I would have thought the club would have welcomed the passing guests from the accommodation next door, as it would be a good money earner for them. Unfortunately that was not the case, and we would certainly not go there for dinner during any further stays.

Very comfortable bed & pillows. Good armchair. The room was warm enough without having to put on any heating. Lovely large window which trapped the sunshine. Well appointed room. Shower was good, had an issue with it when we first went to shower & the staff were very efficient in having it repaired while we were out to breakfast. Great having a secure car park.

Nothing to not like, it was close to the family we needed to visit.

bed was comfy, Netflix was easy on tv, EV charging was handy.

housekeeping kept trying to come into my room on morning of check out before I checked out. they tried 3 times. 2 of them was before check out time. I had asked for extended check out due to having a headache and needing to rest in a dark room but they tried to come in again. lucky I was dressed each time. also bathroom super small. awkward to get around door etc to wash hands

We had a wonderful overnight stay with them and thanks to all the efforts of keeping such a great hotel in Wagga Wagga! The staff was very hospitable and the property is clean. We will definitely stay again at the same hotel if we ever have a chance to visit Wagga Wagga in future!

The bathroom seems a bit smaller and quite squeezy if both are using it at the same time. No floor-length mirror is available in the room, it’s really hard to get an overall look at yourself before heading out for celebrating a special occasion

The bed was lovely and soft and very comfortable, the room was small, but very clean and modern, same as the bathroom. Towels and pillows were fine as well

Light switch in the bathroom was really hard to turn on, the staff in reception were not friendly or welcoming at all - boarding on rude. The breakfast at the club on the weekend is too late - needs to be the same as the weekdays, 7am.

I Was going into hospital.husband discovered when he arrived at motel our room was other end of corridor. Went back and spoke to the person on the desk and they changed him to the closest room.they were great about it. The room and service was excellent. The staff were very friendly.The bed was very comfortable after my operation. Will stay there again for sure. Highly recommend this motel.

There was nothing We did not like.

Enjoyed staying there, I requested fresh milk and extra tea bags when I booked and they were in my room on arrival. Hoping to return soon.

I would have likes a large mirror in my room , the one in the bathroom was hard to get close to when putting on are up and seeing how you look in your clothes.

The accommodation is conveniently located beside the rules club so great for walking over for dinner. The room was spacious but the two chairs provided were not comfortable to relax in. One too upright and one too deep with no back cushion. A shame as otherwise the room was great.

Check in and out were efficient but could have been more engaging with details of the club for dinner etc.

Comfy bed. Large bathroom

I didn't like that I was charged extra for a disability access room. I'm mobility impaired and require a bathroom with railings and a room with easy level access. I don't feel I should have to pay extra for these things. It feels very discriminatory.
