Quiet location off the main road. Rooms are well equipped (e.g. good microwave, plates, etc.). Firm pillows! yeah!!!¡ Breakfast cooked to order.

Bar/resturant closed on a Monday night - I get it though!!! I slept in the single bed in the room, rather than the king as I was travelling on my own and didn't want the staff unnecessarily making up the big bed, BUT, the bottom sheet on the single bed didn't fit (unable to be tucked under the mattress) so I spent the night wrestling with a crumpled bottom sheet. I almost got up and got 8n the big bed. Not good enough house keeping team!!

Rooms are very comfortable and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, excellent service and fabulous restaurant to boot, promoting all local produce including their drinks list, we had to leave early and they were able to bring our breakfast before official start time

not sure we were only there for one night, and in early winter, so we didn't get to try the pool area to be picky, maybe some tissues in the room and a couple of heaters outside to enjoy the lovely outdoor area, but htat is being very picky

Older but well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Great value for a prime position in the middle of the city. The room was on the small side but had everything you would need. It was just right for a short business stay as a comfortable retreat at the end of the day.

There were major building works going on next door while I stayed so the noise at night continued to about 11pm. No fault at all of the hotel but could be something to consider if you need a more quiet setting.

Best. Bed. Ever. Like sleeping on a cloud. It so exceeded my expectations. Emily on checkin and the woman on checkout were lovely. So convenient with parking just in front of the room. Very quiet Delighted to see a little microwave so I could warm the milk for my coffee.

They brag about a great restaurant, but I did room service and was really disappointed. I ordered the cauliflower main for $33. What arrived was a bread plate with ONE SLICE of steamed cauliflower (it was a thick slice - but just a slice of steamed cauliflower) with some crushed walnuts on top. I sent it back and instead had crisps, nuts, an orange and a banana I had in my own provisions. Super underwhelming.

The size of the apartment was great. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to it being a public holiday but it looked great.

Nothing we didn’t like however the apartment could do with a revamp and offering Netflix or the like wouldn’t go astray.

The front desk staff were lovely. Apartment was clean and tidy. Location was fantastic and close to the centre of town.

Bathroom was a little dated, shower had good water pressure however shower head and drain was a little bit old. Otherwise nothing else to stay as everything was rather fantastic.

Well appointed room, generous size. We found the bed very comfortable. It even had a microwave and toaster, together with crockery and cutlery for two. Fresh milk was supplied at checkin without asking for it. The property was well back from the highway.

We chose this hotel because it had an onsite restaurant. What we didn’t realise when we booked a table was that it was a minimum 3 course degustation menu which was lovely but not what we wanted after a six hour drive.

Stayed in an older room. It was clean and quite spacious. Bed was comfortable. No noise from main road outside. The restaurant was outstanding! The quality of the food is top class and the staff are fantastic. Would recommend highly.

Bathroom could be updated a bit. There is a nice pool, but the pool area is quite dilapidated and would be a nice place to relax if it was tidied up and finished off. This area could be a real oasis.

Great location. Secure parking. They extended our stay for us with out the hassel of walking across the road to change it early in the morning before check out time. The receptionist was a very nice man and made us feel welcome.. We will definitely be staying again.

There was not enough towels in the room for a family of 5. We had only 4 towels. But next time we will definitely ask for more.

Staff were wonderful- both at reception and in the restaurant. Room was quiet, spacious and spotless.

Bathroom did not match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Small with poor quality towels and toilet paper. Shower in need of repair and tiling Relative to the room size, the bathroom could be doubled in size.
