The beds

I was only the 5th person in line to order dinner i ordered dinner as soon as it opened i waited 45 minutes not good enough and still no dinner so I went to see the kitchen staff and they said the chief got the order wrong but once I complained the order was ready in 5 minutes .plus I found it really hard to find the accomodation as there are no sign post or arrows showing how to get to it so that's something you might consider doing to make it easier for your clients to find were they are staying .workers had no consideration for other guest as they were laughing and slamming doors at around 6 in the morning.

The Bistro had good food. There was a large playground for children and therefore a very family oriented venue. We liked the outdoor area and very large screen tv and also the wood fire pits. It was very close to drive to the event and to the main street.

The motel rooms were very basic and need updating. The decor was very plain. There was no toaster, crockery, foot mat or face washers. However, it was clean and sufficient for one night. Having the bistro/bar area attached made it so much more pleasant.

Great clean room - size suitable for 1 person. I like the sound-proofing when door was closed away from the music and singing...as per "What didn't you like". Bar and cleaning staff talkative and friendly.

Had I have known that live music was going to play from @ 6pm to 12 midnight I would have looked elsewhere. I wanted peace and quiet during my 7 day trip away from home. But the bistro/grog/staff tick tick tick....

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a cold night but the room was cozy with air con, extra blanket and tea/coffee facilities. The bed was comfy and the water in the shower was super hot! The food at the pub next door was great and the playground was brilliant for my two kids. All the staff I interacted with (including the cleaners walking by in the morning) were friendly and helpful as well.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Everything was great and I'd definitely stay there again. The only thing perhaps was that I couldn't access Netflix on the tv (necessary to occupy the kids while I had a shower!), but that's not a big deal. Plus, the room was a great price so maybe if I payed more I might expect it.

It was walking distance to a pub and the aircon worked well. The 2 main power points had USB charging ports. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water as well. Was clean and had good room preparation

The walls are bessabrick and thin and not only could I hear the TV on the other side of the wall but I could hear the family in the next room talking. It does require sound proofing in ceiling and on the wall behind the TVs and behind the bed head.

Nice, well kept. Beds were comfy, the blankets didn’t feel cheap (especially for the low price of the room). Had dinner at the on-site restaurant which was delicious, and quick service. All the staff seemed lovely and happy to help.

No negatives, only that the service out there for Optus is terrible and their wifi stopped working, but wasn’t the end of the world. It is a little bit out of the way if you are heading into central Wagga for drinks etc, but they have an on-site restaurant and bar which is handy. It overlooks the outdoor seating for the bar, which can get a bit noisy, but nothing too overwhelming.

It was affordable and has a huge park for kids to play while you sit n relax

The rooms weren’t the best but worth the money spent I guess. Under the beds haven’t been clean in long while. Both times staying there was rubbish left n dust

Very convenient, the staff are friendly. The food was great, well priced and despite being a very busy night, it was served quickly. Thankyou kitchen staff. If you have children with you they have brilliant undercover play equipment to keep them busy.

The car park needs work but I am guessing the weather has been an issue.

I did not have breakfast at the motel

The mattress was not very good and the bed was too low for me Maybe because I am a bit older and my back is not good

the breakfast, at a cafe just a few metres up the road, was quite adequate.

there was a shortage of lights in the room. Only one light above the double bed worked and only one light in the main room was functional. Otherwise, all was good.
