We had a family room with 3 beds. The room and bathroom were spotless. 10/10 credit is to be given to your cleaners! They do a fabulous job and I hope they are appreciated for their hard work. The beds were comfy. The location is close to town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The exhaust fan in our bathroom broke, staff didn't hesitate to repair it, immediately tended to the matter and fixed it themselves. We checked out a day earlier than our booking. I requested the possibility of a refund, and although they couldn't refund the full amount for one night due to policy, they issued me a partial refund which I was grateful for. I do recommend this accommodation.

I can honestly say that I have no criticism.

The room was the perfect size and had everthing I needed. The kitchenette had everything I needed for my stay, and it was always nice to come home to a hot shower. The Inn is located close to enough food and entertainment, as well as shops.

The shower head sprang a leak and there wasn't a rack to put my towl.

i had booked a room down stairs with queen bed and single and was confirmed my request was attended. when i got their they only had a queen bed unit downstairs. but they did put a single fold out bed in it for me. then said at no charge. i would expect as it was not my issue there was no need to even mention their was no charge. milk in fridge was already opened and i had to go to reception to get a new one which they gave me no problem. over all as it was only for one night stay it was very good clean and comfortable.

easy to locate great price clean room

roadworks out the front. we went to dinner and came back and was unable to get a park. (we had two cars) then I received a call from reception asking to move my car from the lane way where I parked the night before. I was happy to move it but there was no other place I could have parked at the time

The room was very spacious. I was surprised by the size of the T.V., it was actually a size that is watchable. The bathroom was clean

The kettle is broken, it did not automatically turn off when finished Also the construction noise, but that is out of your control

I found the kitchen facility was much better than a number of other places I have stayed at which is important for me. The room was spacious and we did not have any issues with traffic noise.

My husband has an allergy to house dust mites and was a bit affected.

It was the best of three hotels I stayed in over the week. A good sized room and clean. Easy parking. And something in the fridge. Yes, I paid for it. The hotel is well located in the town.

No Foxtel. I couldn't find it anyway. The pitter-patter of little feet in the room above me in the early morning. Very dangerous exit onto Edward Street, very dangerous. Cars parked to the right on Edward Street when you exit should be a lot further back. I am surprised there hasn't been a serious accident.

The owners went above and beyond to cover our stay needs from breakfast to drinks etc. Motel was clean and tidy.

Price was a bit but it was the only available accommodation at the time. I originally booked for myself and 2 children but when only 1 child came there was no discount.

that they provided smokers trays outside non smoking rooms, the smell of cigarettes hits you when you come out of your room and if you leave the bathroom window ajar the smell comes inside.

Breakfast was lovely but too huge; would have like option for smaller cooked meal. 3 eggs was beyond me!!!

I felt the room was very pricey; would normally be a big deterrent … but I was desperate and ‘last minute’. Was told there was no possibility of discount because I had booked through Wotif; however I tried to make direct contact without success.
