Accessibility to pools, restaurants and fitness centre. Staff were friendly and professional. Gorgeous and well maintained grounds and gardens. The Lagoon Day Spa was beautiful.

Exorbitant price for the room itself, which was very basic. For the price we paid, breakfast should have been included.

The Large Spacious Room. The Quality fittings in the Bathroom and the Toletries. The room was very clean with nice furnishings and the King Size Bed was very comfortable.we also had sea views. A nice place to stay for a special occasion.

Only two negatives being the step from the room out to the patio is Dangerous, especially if the guest is an older person. When we went to hand back our room key after we had already paid for our room the previous night, we were told we owed $39.40 for a Movie which was incorrect. The girl told us it was at 9pm. We did not get off our Shuttle Bus until after 10pm and certainly did not watch a movie.

The pool, pool bar and spa, loved access to the pool from the room and the size of the room and balcony.

The missing details you expect from a 5 star resort at that price, such as soft toilet paper, glass cups in the bathroom, body lotion, sun blocking blinds, nice lobby, Breakfast buffet, views etc

The gym was fabulous. The pools great. The rooms depends on if you stay in the resort or hotel rooms, hotel rooms are quite dated, resort rooms are great.

Exceptional pools in a tropical hot climate. Great rooms with out looks. Right on beach. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent aircon. Excellent wifi. Great tv channels avail. Selection of great bars and restaurants. A casino if you like a bet.

Bathroom a little maintenance of grout stains but that is just aesthetic. Very clean really. Sometimes to much mess left around pools (towels, glassware, food trays) Plus in corridors left over room service trays left all day Parking is a long walk and even though I was there with my very unwell brother they wouldn’t let me park in the resort parking area that was much closer. A little thoughtless of Shelly on reception! Could have had the bar overlooking beach open more often and more lived entertainment would be good. .

simply service fee of $4 for room service per order this is the downside if 2 drinks is 26 plus $4 for room service or meals service then patrons can get a surprise at the end . as it not advertised properly very small print . so a person like my self that had room service 2 times a day that $8 dollar times 4 days that $32 extra some people had Multiple rooms so it can get expensive plus No free cable Hmmm at resort prices cable should be included

We had a lovely upgraded room with a bottle of champagne on our arrival. It was our 32nd wedding anniversary, so that was a very sweet gesture. I had requested a 'quiet' room because we are bush residents and are quite sensitive to 'urban' noise LOL. The room was wonderfully quiet. We booked into Dragon Court for dinner which was lovely, the food is very good.

Found the included breakfast a bit odd, chose off a menu and apparently it did not include the coffee and we had to pay for our two coffees. Although tea (bags) was included. Would have preferred a buffet type, but that is just my preference. I think I remember the breakfast prepaid was like $29 each. So, really coffee should have been included.

While the 1bdrm ocean view suite could definitely use a modern refurb, the size of the rooms was great. Loved both of the pools, though the Infinity pool was too busy for us on the Sunday afternoon. A small balcony but nice to be able to sit & enjoy the view. Staff were all very friendly.

Even though a 'cheaper' time of year, rooms are still quite expensive. Extremely disappointing for a venue of a supposed high calibre to have imported seafood on menus when there is so much lovely local seafood available. The seasonal fruit platter was also very disappointing.

The 2 swimming pools were amazing. The rooms were clean and quite spacious

The infinity pool allowed non-guests in and when it reached capacity, people got turned away. There needs to be a system where paying guests get priority access to the pool. Fortunately this didn’t happen to us but we would have been annoyed if it did.

smokers ! despite signage saying they are a smoke free hotel there seems to be smoking allowed on the bottom balcony’s which is not pleasant when sat on second floor balcony. I understand they may be catering to clientele who may use the casino however it is 2022 and it is unpleasant to smell cigarette smoke wafting up to the ocean view
