Room was good size. Balcony also good. Bed comfy. Proximity to dockside and broadwalks excellent. Breakfasts were great. Good selection. Muesli was brilliant! Eagles Nest looked good (but was closed 2/3 nights of our stay so we didnt get up there).

Found lounge suite a but tacky in the heat. Also room just starting to look a little tired with a bit of maintenance visible, etc. Location was tricky to navigate too and from when new to Brisbane but we managed. Very tricky getting back to hotel on foot from the other side of Kangaroo Point after we walked around to Southbank. If there was an easy way, this should be pointed out to guests to avoid motorway hopping!

We enjoyed a lovely stay. The Balcony room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, cleanliness of hotel was good. The pool could have done with a clean, it had leaves at the bottom and a little bit grimy around the edges, but the overall cleanliness of the hotel was well kept. Free car parking was a bonus. Staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant and room service the next night. Meals were delicious and staff serving us were great :)

We thought it was a bit weird we didn't have spare toilet paper considering we were staying a few nights.

Room with balcony and nice view from level 10. Service good. Location good once navigator found it. Late checkout good but due to a 9am appointment I couldn’t take advantage of that. Clean

All good except not impressed with credit card charge added to what was meant to be all inclusive. This applies to all types of cards including debit card which is own savings/money. Didn’t get upgrade or breakfast as stated on genius level 2 from booking. com. Seemed to be extra. wanted to swim but didn’t, as pool cloudy and green, so not exactly inviting.

good location out of but accessible to the City. Great view. Good nearby facilities.

Tired but comfortable room needing refurbishment and water damage repairs to walls. No hand towels in bathroom; apparently not the done thing anymore. A roll of toilet paper and 2 teabags frustratingly required repeated requests - not replaced during cleaning. Daily towel replacement occurs occasionally. Employee who rides a very noisy 2 stroke scooter up the hotel drive at 5.15am daily.

Great hotel in the heart of Kangaroo point with a lovely outlook from the city to the airport Free parking is always a bonus in the CBD Check/check out seamless Good sized room for the evening Cant really comment on facilities but staff were always polite. Ferry within walking distance, and nice walks /cafes around area

Not a dislike, But room a tad dated, does require a bit of TLC needed to smarten up around windows etc, after all it is a hotel Otherwise nothing Thank guys

It was within walking distance (20 mins) of the Great Southern (Brisbane to Adelaide train) checkin location of Hanworth house. The room itself was roomy and open, with all of the windows and balcony, with great views of Story bridge. WiFi worked well and I liked how you had instructions on how to Chromecast to the TV. The breakfast was ordered off the menu (omelette and coffee) at the restaurant ; it was tasty, reasonably priced and saved me having to look elsewhere in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood was quiet even though it was right near major roads.

While the area was a quiet part of Brisbane, it was awkward for the taxi to get there from the Airport. The location seemed to be set up more for Car based exploring or being very comfortable with Brisbane public transport. The staff while mostly helpful, did need the occasional prompt for things like getting a receipt or charging the breakfast to the room.

The staff went out of their way everyday to accommodate my wishes.

The night staff especially one night manager on my very last night were definitely not as friendly and came across as over zealous nosey thugs. The night manager on my last night took it upon himself to stand in the hallway outside my room and listen. When I asked him why he said he wanted to hear how loud the noise was coming from my room. I asked him has any other guests complained, he said no. He was completely rude and had no people skills and was encroaching on my privacy.

The staff were so polite and friendly. My room was very clean! Super clean, not a spot of dust and the carpet had no marks or scuffs..The bath was very comfortable. The toiletries were good quality, the shampoo and conditioner was as good as mine, which can be unusual for a hotel. The room service was very reasonably priced. The coffee at the bar downstairs was excellent, I noticed that the staff took time and care to make it. The air-conditioning was excellent and the TV a good size. I enjoyed my stay here very much

The room was very light in the morning, the blackout curtains weren't adequate. Mt only complaint.

Second stay in last few years, good size rooms etc but definitely a tad overpriced in my opinion

The male receptionist who took my partner's call before we arrived and then checked me in was potentially one of the rudest people Ive met. He spoke to my partner like he was an idiot when we called ahead as we were running late for the check in time we had stated on our online check in- and then when I was checking in I was met with an arrogant unwelcoming and rude staff member who literally said not one word like Hi, welcome, thank you or enjoy your stay....a fellow guest very politely approached the desk as I was filling out paperwork and was ordered, and I mean ordered to step back from the counter and wait his turn. It was so humiliating for both of us and extremely alarming to think that was the attitude you would get if you dared ask for help. We will never stay here again

Check in was fast, friendly and efficient. We went on to have a late lunch in the restaurant and the service there was outstanding too. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, not a buffet breakfast, a choice from the breakfast menu and great service again.

The room and the bathroom had a bit of a musty smell about them, they looked clean, it just had this smell (you do get used to it after a while)
