Close to the Esplanade and city centre. Good facilities and friendly and helpful,caring staff. Nice views from the tower room. The bed was very comfy and I love how they have a separate sink from the toilets for tea/coffee making facilities.Beautiful mirrors but a full length one would be an added bonus. A spacious room and balcony.

The tower rooms were an upgrade to the city rooms but nothing really more special about them. Provide some extra facilities such as microwave oven and larger fridge . Rooms need a facelift as they're very old and the bathroom needs to be updated as well. Keep some snacks/biscuit to go with the tea/coffee especially for city and tower rooms.

The pool was lovely.parking was good.

Breakfast was awful. We arrived at 7.15 am and Everything was cold, not pleasant eating cold scrambled egg and baked beans. The yoghurts were in bowls but nothing to tell you what flavours they were. Fresh fruit was okay but not easy to mess that up. Most disappointed. Didn't go back for breakfast the next morning as planned. Very noisy neighbours in room 205. He spent most of the night, until at least 3 am outside on his phone, on speaker, talking to a female. Had hardly any sleep. Very annoying.

property was in a great location to the esplanade and restaurants, had a kettle, tv, small sofa chairs, air con and fan

needs some love, especially the bathroom. had a fridge the size of a safe, shower nozzle kept falling off, taps dripped through the night and the old air conditioning unit rattled through the nights.

A very pleasant, relaxed environment in walking distance to everything in CBD Cairns. I loved all the covered outdoor patios where I was able to relax and read in the warm sunshine.

The noise of constant ambulances was a bit jarring at first, but you do get used to the sound as it is unfortunately situated near the hospital. The pressure in the shower was not great, but functional.

Pillows a bit too hard for my bad neck. Bathroom needs a refresher as it’s a bit dated and shower head/handle kept falling as it was old and loose. No complaints really just observations.

The hotel/motel was very convenient. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable . The only problem was the ceiling fan which was very noisy and we could leave it on because it was so loud. The pool was nice

Location was excellent. Room was comfortable. Free on site parking was a bonus.

Balcony tiles were very mouldy, pot plants were full of weeds, as was the balcony garden boxes… they had no plants at all, only long grass and weeds. The balcony was a nice addition, but not very pleasant in this state.

We keep returning to this Hotel - it never lets us down. It is always clean, well equipped and comfortable. Located a few minutes to the seafront is is easy access to the restaurants and bars. Staff are helpful and friendly.

All good - nothing to complain about.

The pool was amazing! And love how large the showerhead was. I liked that the staff made our bed everyday and tidied the room.

The towels had an unusual smell about them. The pillows were very hard

The louvre door to the balcony was broken. Having to get our bags up the steps to the lift was difficult. It would have been nice to have a ramp to be able to take them up
