Our accommodation was exactly what we wanted, 3 bedrooms, all with aircon, fan and tv. The apartment was very clean and well looked after, with modern facilities. The apartment was a 5-10 minute walk to all the restaurants. The pools were clean, we used the smaller one at the back. No noise, very quiet. Big kitchen entertainment area. Loved the noodles in the pool, we stayed there for hours.

There were a couple of things we needed to fix, the Ice machine in the fridge which my husband cleaned out and fixed, the plug got stuck in the main bathroom and the remote holders came off the wall but all very minor issues that were easily fixed. Would have been great if there was some cards or board games etc.

The property is the perfect location on the esplanade. Short walk down the street to heaps of shops and restaurants. It was also very easy to be found by Ubers and good delivery services. The property has two pools which were both very well kept and great for either families or just sitting quietly. The rooms were also very quiet and we barely had any noise from the neighbouring rooms. In our three bedroom apartment, each room had its own aircon so the place was very comfortable into sleep in when it was hot. Also a special mention to Rachel who was amazing at answering our questions and helping to facilitate any of our requests!

Great position on the esplanade with a short walk to restaurants and around 15/20 min walk to pier for any boat trips. Lovely and clean apartment and well equipped - great to have serviced every day too.

Beds a little on firm side for us and could do with a mattress topper plus choice of pillow firmness perhaps with spares in wardrobe but this is a personal preference of course. 2 small pools with limited sun lounger space so not good for those lazier days - but so much to do from Cairns may not be needed.

The location was great, handy for shops and Reef Terminal. We stayed in a 3 bed apartment which was clean, spacious, well maintained. With 5 adults it was handy to have 2 bathrooms! The ensuite bathroom was nice, clean and big - with a shower and a bath. Pools were great for cooling down. BBQ area was handy, although the lights weren't working. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery etc. It was lovely and quiet on the evening. Towels were changed on request. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No condiments in the kitchen, like spices, oil etc so need to buy everything (not a problem, more an observation)

We had a beautiful and very clean and spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor, which was very convenient to huge pool. We stayed there for 9 nights and surly will come back. Super friendly manager and staff. The made up the beds every day, fresh towels when needed…..best service! And the location was perfect too, directly on the esplanade.

There is nothing to complain about! Everthing was perfekt for us!

Great location and facilities, the room was fully appointed with everything you could possibly need to make your stay stress free. The kitchen had more than enough plates, pots, appliances etc. to make it possible to be fully self contained if required and the laundry a washer and dryer along with drying racks. Also the property is also close to restaurants, bars, coffee for any outside dining required and within walking distance of the Cairns Esplanade pool and day trip departure points. We cannot compliment the property and location enough.

Spacious rooms, lots and lots of storage place, essential things for cooking (salt, pepper, oil..), even washing powder (that we used - washing machine/dryer worked very well!). Lots of kithen utilities- microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster… Small and bigger swimming pools were also great. Very pleasant and helpful reception lady.

The only thing that bothered us were some cockroaches in the bathroom by the entry. I know it is difficult to get rid of them but that was very unpleasant.

I liked that the apartment was very clean, bright and had good air conditioning. I needed two private bathrooms and a laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The view from the balcony was wonderful and we sat out there for ages. Netflix was a bonus that I did not expect and the ice and water dispenser in the fridge door was excellent.

The mattress on the sofa bed in the study was a little uncomfortable for my sister because there was not very much padding on the springs, and you could feel them. Perhaps a mattress topper would fix this problem.

Everything was perfect. We loved using the laundry facilities in the apartment. Full kitchen facilities and appliances are so handy. Enough bedrooms/bathrooms with plenty of space. Fans and air conditioning worked well. The apartment has everything you need. Very clean. Well serviced. Fabulous location. Fantastic pools. Great parking. We really loved the fridge with the ice machine built in. Amazing experience all round!

The apartment suited our family of six. Plenty of room. Great location. Very good housekeeping. Fans and AC made it extremely comfortable. Lovely ocean view from the balcony. Gardens beautifully maintained.

There really isn’t anything we didn’t like. A small suggestion would be to have a few more condiments in the kitchen, eg tomato sauce. Minor detail, we used the BBQ around the back, lights did not come on and we ran out of gas. This by no means spoilt our holiday, all part of the adventure.
