We had a 6th floor apartment overlooking the water and it was breathtaking. The room itself was spacious for 2 kids and 4 adults and was very clean. The facility was always clean and being cleaned by the friendly cleaning staff. We didn't mind being just out from the main shops as we liked to walk everywhere. The shopping centre was about a 20 minute walk.

The car parks were very tight and we had a spot next to a large 4x4 which made it worse. The book in the room said reception could help with reef tours but when we went to ask it seemed like a chore for them and they couldn't tell us any more than we already knew. We had to book it ourselves as they don't do that. It was quite noisy when there were people out late across the road. Sound travelled.

Our apartment was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Great view, beautiful pools. Great location. My partner worked at the hospital which was a quick walk, and I had the kids. I loved that they had plenty of recycling bins, AND containers for cash bins downstairs.

My main (only) dislike is that we couldn't exit the apartments on the esplanade side with prams. We had to go down to the garage, and walk up the ramp, and around the block to get to Muddy's. The room couldn't be darkened very well for baby nap time, but we made it work with sheets, towels, etc.

The apartment was a great size and well appointed. The swim out deck was great.

The air conditioner in the middle bedroom was not working. despite being told by the manager "it was brand new" three times and that we were not operating the unit properly. After getting a service person out, it still did not work, it was not until our last night did one of the staff eventually agree that something was wrong. By then it was Sunday and nothing could be done.

A wonderful location and excellent facilities. A very large apartment with great ocean views, bright and airy. We didn't use the pool area however could see it from our apartment and looked amazing, clean and a great size. If you didn't want to cook a great diner across the street. Lifts to all floors. Staff very engaging and helpful with any directions we wanted or ordering transport for us. Will be staying again when we revisit Cairns. Thank you

Everything except the pool ladder

The pool ladder was bent and lose and very difficult to get out of pool. Friend who is legally blind could not swim at all because of swimout apartment access to pool! Even thought I had told manager we had a blind person with our group? Access was also a small issue entry was either steep steps or down steep driveway to lift! Not easy for the blind! Other than that pool was great

Was the best accommodation we have ever been in, it had everything we needed, from a blender to outdoor crockery. Was situated on the esplanade, perfect view, walking distance to the lagoon and all eateries, we had our own pool entrance. It was our family holiday and it was perfect for 6 adults. Our hosts Craig and Tania were so helpful and cleaning staff were so accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Great location and large apartment with beautiful ocean view on the 5th floor. Swimming pool is an add-on. If you rent an apartment on the ground floor, there's direct access to the pool. They also partner with cruising car if you want to rent a car. They can pick you up from the apartment, and you can drop off the car key at the front desk of the apartment without any additional cost. Very convenient.

The carpet smells a bit. Would be great to provide a small portion of cooking oil in the kitchen.

Location was excellent.Muddies playground and cafe directly opposite, great for children. Appartment was very well equipped and great toiletries.Kitchen had everything from blender to icemachine in fridge door.Rubbish disposal was easy using nearby rubbish chute.Trolleys in garage made it easy to empty car and take luggage out.View from top floor was sensational.

NO blockout blinds for rooms facing street as street lights were very bright. There was some street noise audible if you were a light sleeper.

Loved everything about this apartment, very spacious and comfortable and everything we needed for a week's stay and self catering. View amazing. Pool lovely. Very secure and in a great location. Being able to access on arrival with the key box was great and instructions easy to follow.

Had a bit of furniture noise from the apartment above us, but nothing too bad. There was no-one in Reception on the first 4 occasions I tried to check in, which was quite annoying as we were on holiday and doing lots of activities and trying to enjoy our time. I was worried they thought I was avoiding paying. Finally they phoned the apartment so I was able to arrange a time with them to go down.

Clean , comfortable , spacious and loved the swim out area directly from our apartment . Great location , right across from the boardwalk and cafe with children’s playground . Short walk into central Cairns with excellent variety of restaurants and shopping / supermarkets .

Lots of noise from floor above with children dragging furniture around . TV in main bedroom didn’t work and was very small for a large room . Would have liked a coffee pod machine
