False advertisement. My unit said it has a sofa bed in it. It didn’t. I needed a sofa as I had to sleep on the lounge. Until the next day I buy a blow up bed.

I don't want to overstate it, but entering the room genuinely gave me a 'wow' effect. The view from my room was literally breathtaking, and I must also commend the cleanliness, which exceeded my expectations. The studio I booked was very cozy, and I didn’t lack for anything. The unexpected access to a decently clean and well-equipped gym, along with the pool, was a big plus for me. I spent two truly memorable nights listening to the ocean waves and waking up to a postcard-worthy sunrise. Enjoying my morning coffee with that view was absolutely dreamy. The location is super central, close to everything one might need. I will definitely return.

A minor note for those who prefer modern finishes and new furnishings—this place may not suit your taste. However, that's not me; I love the 80s vibe and a sense of 'yesteryear.' Perhaps they could invest in a pod coffee machine. But it wasn’t significant enough to detract from my overall experience.

The only thing I fault is that I went down to put rubbish in basement and my card didn’t work. Went to reception and they were closed so I had to borrow someone’s phone to call security because I left mine in my room. They sent someone to fix my card so I could get back up to my room. I waited about 20 minutes in reception. I think they need to put a phone in reception which can call to security because if that lady didn’t lend me her phone god knows what would have happened and I had two young children with me. So that was a bit stressful for me.

I liked the lobby with its driveway. The fast lifts are easy to use. Excellent views through the large windows of the living area. The wraparound balcony provides chairs for beautiful views and looks over town and the beach. The living area has a nice dining setting and is well decorated.

The 6 stairs to get to the lifts. They were not mentioned by the staff or any help offered. The staff should have realised it is not easy at all for us elderly to carry our heavy suitcases up to the lifts. The kitchen is very tired but still usable. The bathroom needs a complete upgrade. There is nothing to keep toiletries for more than one person.

When room was book I selected twin bed as I was staying with 11 year old daughter, when I went up to the room it was set up for a single bed, which ment I had to sleep on the 2 seater couch, not ideal or comfortable, I went back to reception and they were closed but they were still behind the closed shutters, my experience on check in with the receptionist at the time wasn't the best, she looked upset like she didn't want to be there, every other time others there had been fantastic.

It exceeded my expectations. The reveiws were really mixed on this site and I was worried I wouldn't enjoy our stay but it was in a great location. Close to everything you need. With an amazing view. We could see whales from our balcony and watch the beautiful sunrise. It was clean and was a easy check in and good parking. It was a great value for money and being in the heart of everything with a very short walk to restaurants and shops. You can see the room had renovations and it was great. A lovely kitchen had everything we needed. Was just me and my husband and we both really enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to do your own dishes and even came with some laundry powder which was lovely, the bathroom may be a bit small and dated but the shower was amazing with great pressure and amazing hot water. Will definitely be back. 🙂

The only things I could put down was the games room - most of the games didn't work some would take your money but not able to play, that was a shame. A spare blanket in the cupboard would be handy but didn't need it as we used the heater but it would of been nice able to throw an extra blanket on the bed. It is a shame having to take out our own rubbish but it's easy to locate the bins in the parking area and it was easy to do so on our way out exploring the Gold Coast.

Great position and great view!

- I didn't like the fact that you have to buy cleaning products to clean before you leave. When you're staying for only a short period and you paid more for a "hotel service" , it doesn't make sense that you have to buy cleaning stuff to clean. They will charge you if you don't, and that s not good. I understand for a long period of staying . -Also, there is no change of linen at all, and you have to pay for a clean one... - You pay for parking as well - You will be charged for everything else

Studio room with a great beach view. Decent size too. Big comfy bed, full kitchenette and laundry facilities if you wanted to stay in and cook. Central location, close to beach -100m or so. Helpful, friendly reception staff. Great gym for a hotel. The equipment was a bit old but worked fine. I only stay at hotels with gym facilities so very pleased. Nice looking outdoor, rooftop pool and even a games room with old style arcade games (didn't use personally) but thought a great bonus for families or something to do if weather poor.

No negatives really. If I was being picky, I would perhaps suggest a water fountain in gym, sanitizing wipes and perhaps a window to see the outside world. BUT I've been to many hotel gyms and the equipment itself, whilst being old, you were able to have a good workout. So please take as a suggestion for making things even better rather than a criticism.

Bed was large and comfortable. Amazing view of the ocean. Was able to spot whales from the balcony and view lovely sunrises. Room was bright and spacious. Kitchen is adequate.

Only one bed side table. Would be great if there was another for the left side of the bed. Plug sockets faulty, located behind the bed but in the middle - plugs wouldn’t stay in and kept falling out. Sauna wasn’t working which I was looking forward to. Not serviced apartments - you will have to pay for extra clean towels etc. You need to wash the dishes and take the bins out or you could be charged. WIFI didn’t connect for the first 4 days, then did connect as soon as the hotel receptionist came to look, then kept disconnecting through out the days. Not ideal if you are working on a laptop from the apartment. I probably wouldn’t visit again because of this as it chews up too much of my phone data when using hotspot.
