We were so happy with Breakfree! We loved the location, the view, the size of the room, the privacy! Although the weather wasn't great, the view was spectacular. The staff were quite helpful but also did not needed most of the time, which was ideal. Would 10/10 stay here again (and most likely will).

As we booked through Booking.com it was difficult to extend our stay for an additional night, however the staff were very helpful and it was resolved fairly quickly. And they were able to accommodate us, which we were over the moon about!

The lifts were very efficient. The pools were very clean. All the surrounds were kept so clean and tidy. Hannah at the reception desk, was the saviour of what could have been an ordinary stay. She was so lovely and helpful and always had a smile. She would be one reason why I would return.

Upon arrival, none of my 3 air-conditioners were working. A long story short I was told that, " Just because the description of my room says it has air-conditioning, doesn't necessarily mean it has to work! " So I was heavily disappointed thinking I had paid nearly $2000 for accommodation during a super humid summer. So, with many phone calls and e-mails and a 4 day wait, I was transferred to a lovely room. Thank you also to Elizabeth for stepping in.

the apartment was very clean and modern and good size, the view was amazing, didnt really hear others which was nice. comfy beds, lovely bathrooms, and did I mention the view ... yes think I did, that was a huge winner!! Also really close to everything, straight across from beach, walk a few minutes to the markets and the hustle and bustle, love it.

Very small supply of things like dish wash liquid tea towels, for 7 nights I would expect to be able to get through and not have to supply more myself, also not a huge amount of kitchen equipment, but then we really only did basic things in the kitchen anyway, but if that's the worst I can come up with, then that's not bad!

Renovated 2 bedroom deluxe apartment. Perfect location.

The only downfall was the “Sea View” was only partial due to being at the back. We were under the impression deluxe were side or front balcony however the beach is visible and the city view is lovely at night. The staff are all lovely and amenities are very clean and updated.

Reception hours are limited. Arriving out of hours means you need to call them to check in. No free phone to use and I did not have international calling. Thankful for the building manager who assisted

Location location location

Everything is so old, and so much maintenance needs to be done. There is no light in the kitchen, and barely any kitchenware to use. I understand that most people who stay there are likely on holiday. The owner can at least spend something to make it half-decent. It is what it is and we sort of expect it as this is our second time staying. You cannot fault the location, so convenient to everything with million dollars view from the balcony.

The apartment needs a bit of an upgrade. Lots of chipped paintwork. Lights in main bathroom faulty. Handle on ensuite shower broken. Only 2 teaspoons. Main worry was not being able to figure out how to work hotplates. No instruction book in the cupboard. Mostly minor issues but the hotplate and bathroom light problem became a bit frustrating.

Great views and great location, lovely pool

We had a late check in and they forgot the grey beeper so couldn't get into the hotel room. The toilet brush was disgusting 🫣 but very minor things as the view and location was absolutely beautiful

Location location location. The building is an absolute beach front and taller than most the building around it. I am on level 17 and the view is a million dollars. Can't even imagine what level 46, the top floor’s view like.

For whatever reason, we paid only $1400 for 5 nights. So I am not complaining. The apartment is 17B and it is dirty. I have stayed in a country town motel for $60 a night and at least it is clean. There are 4 levels under renovation. This apartment might be on the renovation list that I don't know. It needs a series upgrade. Everything in this apartment is old and dirty.

The location was amazing. We were right in the middle of Surfers Paradise, close to everything. The size of the apartment was great.

More toilet paper would have been beneficial with 3 teenagers and 2 adults. The apartment was dated but functional. A descent frypan and a good sharp knife would have been handy.
