The manager Cai was very friendly & accommodating. Our flight arrived very early in the morning & he let us keep our bags on sight while we went out exploring even letting us check into our room at 10:30am. Cavill Ave is only 3 minutes walk away with all your restaurants & shops & the beach only 1 minute from the door. The rooms were spacious enough. It was very affordable so you get what you pay for. Location is what you're paying for as no car is needed, you can walk to everything with the tram 3 minutes away to take you to places like Pacific Fair for shopping or to all the theme parks. Definitely recommend for families.

The host Kai was a lovely person, and helped as much as he could. We left a satchell behind and he messaged us straight away to tell us that which was nice.

For an older couple and one with a hip problem, we got the top floor (3) and no lifts! So had to walk with all our luggage up to our room, so weren't very happy about that. Only good point about that was, we worked our dinner off every night! So in the end it was ok.

Location was AMAZING. Rooms were large and comfortable. Grounds were clean and spacious. We only stayed 1 night but will go again. Although very outdated, the essentials weren't.

Just a little house keeping that if it really bothered us would have been easily taken care of if asked. Only 2 blankets, 3 would have been better. Only coffee so no tea, sugar or milk and ice tray was empty. Housekeeper also entered our room twice without knocking.

Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, great wifi, pool, quiet, bedside light, climate.

My husband got some bites on his legs and not sure where it cane from if it was something in the bed. Lights in the bathroom had to be changed. Window in the bathroom not possible to close. Tiny ants around.

Quiet for sleeping, on-site pool, really spacious apartment. Even though it’s an older style building, it has that retro tropical charm and you always feel like you’re on holidays there. Places like this should be heritage listed and protected!

Master bedroom bed mattress was too soft to sleep on. Bathroom window needed to be completely replaced.

Great location, easy check in and check out. Staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy. The room was big enough for myself and 4 kids.

The grumpy people on the top floor. The kids were in the pool having fun and the grumpy man told my kids that he was going to get them kicked out for splashing the water.

Location was great, one street down from Caville Ave and very close to the beach. Room was dated but comfortable with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Great value for money.

Fabulous facilities, from free secure parking to bbq & pool. The unit was spacious, clean & well equiped including full fridge, washing machine & cooking facilities. Despite being so central & close to the beach, the complex was very quiet & extremely secure. Highly recommend & we’ll be back

It was more than I expected, friendly staff/ nice and big room/ enough facilities such as laundry, kitchen, big TV, balcony with ashtray, small pool and spa etc. I hope I could stay a bit longer and also with my friends! I would recommend for any my friends who got a chance to visit Gold Coast, thank you very much!

The location was amazing we were so close to the beach, bars and shops, we ended up walking everywhere. The balcony overlooked the beach and city.

We had to take out our own rubbish which is fine however there was no recycle bin. It was quite difficult to clean up because of limited or broken equipment. Also could do with some more blankets or duvets
