One The Esplanade Apartments on Surfers Paradise

The location is fantastic, managers were very friendly and replied to our online requests very quickly, great ocean view, spacious apartment, finally an apartment that supplies placemats and heaps of utensils. Also, visitors parking onsite which was fantastic.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms which could be a problem in summer. Toilet/bathroom very overlooked by other units, had to keep blind down all the time. Could make it a bit clearer on the website that "free toiletries" doesn't mean shampoo & conditioner - totally understand about not using the little plastic bottles to be environmentally friendly (always take my own shampoo & conditioner anyway) but for new travellers, bit annoying to turn up and then have to go out and buy shampoo, conditioner and body balm as most apartments still provide these.

The ultimate beach holiday apartment with exceptional staff making you feel at home. Wow, best property I have ever stayed at in Surfers Paradise. You are a stone's throw away from the stunning beach, with an unobstructed ocean view from all apartments. The surrounding area is safe and quiet with only a short walk to Cavill Avenue. We were so fortunate to stay at this immaculate property, with wonderful and caring management to add a personal touch. Thank you Judy and Chris, we will definitely book to stay at The One again xx

After a flight cancellation and sleepless night Judy made our day. The location is second to none and the complex was spotless. We loved our view the minute we stepped through the door. Nothing better than watching the sunrise or set from the balcony. Judy's help with Ticketing and restaurant choices were on par. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Great location, amazing view from the the balcony and every room of the beautiful coastline.

Blinds in bedroom didn’t keep out the light at all so no lie ins! woke up early every morning, although on the plus side got to see a few gorgeous sun rises.

The ocean view and beach, the sound of the waves and the fresh breeze, friendly birds drops in to say good day..

bathroom + toilet too small, mouldy with loud air vent..

The location was excellent the apartment was super clean and had everything you could possibly need . The hosts were so accommodating and very attentive and easy to deal . This will be our favorite for future stays when in surfers . We can’t recommend it highly enough.

Nothing it was perfect.

The location is perfect! We can eat and buy everything we want just walk in 10min.

The clothes dryer is dirty that we can’t use. And the owner should notice guest bring essentials themselves.

We loved the location, it’s right on the beach with awesome views, waking to the sound of the ocean and view is spectacular.

The location was absolutlely fantastic. I know they cant control the weather but it was fantastic too. Close to Cavill Ave, markets, shops. Fantastic view.

I wished we could have stayed longer.

Great location, not overlooked by other buildings, direct access to beach and walking paths. Listen to the waves and see the water from any window. Low rise, friendly staff. Stayed on level 4 views are really great.
