Spacious- top location in surfers and good value.

$200 security a bit rich and should be advertised on this site, not on arrival, particularly having paid the full amount in advance & then waiting 7 days after departure to get your funds back. Big Turn off.

great location and the views were outstanding, the quality of the rooms were OK , they were older looking but everything worked and was suitable for our stay. The location for us was important , as we had multiple family members staying all over the area.

The look of the apartment was somewhat tied looking, It need some refurbishment and or newer appliances and furniture. This was a two bedroom apartment , the second bedroom , didn't have a powerpoint in it, which seems odd as the was a lamp on a side table but nothing to plug it into Some renovations was happening at the time of our stay, which was a little disappointing because of the restriction to some of the facilities offered. POOL, Spa outside not functioning also no indoor spa/sauna working

The location and views were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place on the 11th floor perfect for everything a relaxing summer break needs. We went swimming every day indoors,outdoor pools and the beach. Exactly what we wanted. Walking 1 minute to the beach and eateries and 3 mins to the heart of the bustling surfers and Cavill. The tram stop was downstairs. You could see it from our deck, which we sat out on every night with the most beautiful views. Will definitely stay again Hope the new owner just gives it a bit of a spruce up.

One of the toilets and basin kept blocking but was always unblocked immediately by the wonderful staff. Kitchen dishes in the cupboard were not clean when we arrived, and the place was a bit outdated and scarce of cooking dishes for a family of 3 adults and an 11 year old for 10 days.

It was excellent! Great location, beautiful clean apartment with renovated bathrooms and spectacular ocean views. I had read some mixed reviews so was a bit hesitant about our booking but it is by far the best place we’ve stayed as a family- it was excellent and everything was as advertised. We’ve been visiting the Gold Coast for over 30 years & would happily come back to Aegean! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Nothing. Some other guests said they had issues with their apartment and given some other reviews have raised some concerns it would be important to ensure all apartments are up to a similar standard - ours was fantastic

We had a 3-bedroom & 3 bathroom unit on 1st floor. I like that we could see the pool,tennis court when our older children used them. BBQ & tables big enough for 3 families to enjoy. Tram right on the corner & walking distance to everything we needed. Spa, mini gym, inside pool & spa. Friendly staff & garbage Shute on each level.

During the time of our visit, they had construction work happening, which was loud during the day. No fault of the owner & management was very understanding with our complaint of the noise, assuming it's a once off renovation on unit above us.

The apartment was gorgeous. Clean and plenty of room with amazing views.

I was told one week before my stay that the outdoor pool was closed for renovations, which was fine. The indoor pool and gym was only supposed to be closed for 2 days but it was closed our entire stay, which is very disappointing. Had I been given more notice I would have chosen a different hotel.

Great location and view, very spacious apartment, loved that we had a laundry and 2 bathrooms, indoor pool and spa were lovely and staff at the front desk were friendly. We had our own allocated carpark which made having a rental car very convenient. We were close to restaurants, cafes, Ezy Marts, a pharmacy and it was a short walk to Cavill Ave. Woolworths was within walking distance and Coles was a short drive away.

Was shocked that there was no option to lock the sliding doors out to the balcony with a key or an above head lock. Lucky our son is 7 and knew not to go out onto the balcony without an adult but if you had a younger child it would’ve been very easy for them to unlatch the lock and go out by themselves. I’m surprised this is allowed as it’s an occupational health and safety hazard. I thought that it was strange that left over carpet was stored in a roll at the top of one of the wardrobes. It just made it look untidy. The house keeper knocked extremely quietly on one occasion and walked straight in before we realized she had been knocking on our door. My husband was walking around in his boxer shorts and I was in the shower at the time. Not happy with the lack of privacy there.

We didn't spend a great deal of time in the apartment itself, as we had 2 full days filled with activities around the Gold Coast, however the room was great. Beautiful views, very clean, very homey. Amazing value considering location, size and how good the apartment is. Staff were wonderful and understanding - we got stuck in traffic on the way down, so ended up being a later check in than we previously advised them of, we also asked very last minute for a late check out, both instances they were extremely accommodating and more than happy to help. Over all: Very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Indoor heated pool spa. Location to shops and attractions. Large apartment. Great views

There was an amount of long hair under bathroom sink in cabinet which had a bin bag and toilet roll covering it. Yuk. I removed it myself. Peter who answered as didn't see text until later on about boom gate was quite abrupt and all he had to say was yes boom gate will open for you as you come onto the drive. Explained had 5 yr old in car and how would I get to reception key box? He told me just park up and ring me from key box??? I thought I had to have a pass to open boom gate and turns out I didn't.. So would have saved me time and stress by Peter just saying boom gate will open for you. He hung up abruptly. Not nice

We liked the location being so close to main centre. The views were quite spectacular from our requested Seaviews suite. The one staff member we did see during our time was polite and sweet. The Kitchen facilities were modern, clean and functional. The size of the quite was fantastic for a family of four

The beds, pillows and bedding were hard and very uncomfortable for all. Facilities were a bit more run-down than we expected. One fan in main bedroom didn't work so a standing fan was placed in there, thankfully. Would've been helpful to have more towels available for over the weekend in preparation for our arrival and while the office was on limited hours.
