The location was great, and had a car parking space. From the lovely outdoor pool and spa, you could look over to the main Surfers Beach 100 metres away, and it had markets set up on the Friday night. Their was a sauna too in the indoor separate male and female change/toilet areas. Just a very short walk to the shops. Great view of the ocean from our balcony on the 20th floor. Nice sized kitchen with full fridge. Good bedroom with ensuite, and large wardrobe. Was an apartment I think, and the place had previously been an apartment block. Parking available onsite was handy also.

The balcony was a little scary, very narrow and sloping forward, which my husband said was for the run off rain when happened. But the view from it was amazing of the Surfers beach.

We loved how close it was to the beach and main shops and nightlife, kids had a great time throwing frisbee on the beach late in the afternoon and just collecting sea shells. The rooms were clean and tidy , car parking was easy.

The bed was a bit hard , the wifi passwords weren't working for the kids tablets when they were settling in for the night , they gave us new passwords on the last night their and no one was ever at reception.

The apartment was perfect! Perfect location, perfect facilities, very good value for the price. The staff were lovely and very accomedating. My daughter was unwell and ruined the bed sheets, staff gave us new sheets and blankets. The apartment is right on the beach front. Walking distant to everything, makes it easy for parents with little ones to get access to the shops. Tv had netflix for days it rained, so we had a cosy day & night in watching movies. The apartment had air con & also a fan in the bedroom which was a bonus!

Our balcany doors didn't have key security locks. Making it easy for the busy hands of children to unlock. Our apartment was on one of the high levels, and it made me feel a bit anxious to turn my back. But other than that, perfect!

Perfectly located, directly across from the beach. So handy as it is 1 block away from Caville Ave and The Paradise Shopping Centre with Supermaket. Short walk to restaurants, bars, shops. Loved that access can be made undercover through the arcade, across the road and into the back of the Paradise shopping centre if it happened to rain. Amazing views from the Balcony, all the way up and down the beach and out to sea which was perfect for morning coffees and afternoon cocktails and YES, we did spot some frolicking WALES !! The Pool, Spa and outdoor BBQ and grassed area were exceptionally clean and well presented. Didn't have to wait long for the elevator as there were 3 in action at all times. Staff were extremely pleasant and exceptionally helpful. We will be back as we have already booked for my wife to stay again in around 5 weeks time with friends for a Girls Trip.

awesome place to stay! Perfect for a couple or young family that like to walk around town or walk along the beach as it’s so close to everything. Lovely people who own it aswell. So close to arcades, ice cream shops, the beach, cafes, restaurants, clubs, grocery stores… the night life is incredible in surfers. so much to do!!

The only downside was the gym was open probably once out of the 5 days we were there and the sauna wasn’t working. I understand they were doing renovations on the gym at the time but would love to have been told before we stayed as my partner works out everyday! but other than that was tops👍🏽

It was great value for money and the staff were very happy and cheerful! The location was very convenient as everything was within walking distance. Amazing view from room balcony. Room was spacious however better lighting and a full length mirror would be helpful.

As 2 girls in there 20s, our stay would have been much better if there was better lighting in the apartment and a full length mirror in the bedroom or bathroom.

I loved the view and the location was great, right in the heart of the city. The room was nice, it had air-conditioning but we didn't use it, having the balcony door open and the fans was just fine. The room was pretty small but that was ok since it was just the two of us.

The room was very dusty in certain places and the living room needed a coffee table but other then that we were very happy.

Location was awesome, staff were great, good facilities.

Internet didn’t work. Was given and alternative option, but it wasn’t useful either. I’m sure this was a temporary issue however. Room was a bit rough as in well worn, but not an issue. Expected really as I bet is popular and gets a hiding. Would stay again.

Despite the grey rainy days, the views are excellent. Location was within walking distance to EVERYTHING in Surfers! The room was great, slept really well in the comfy beds. Spacious lounge room with plenty of comfortable seating. Cleanliness was good. We would definitely stay again. Happy with the price for where we were!

It was hard to find our carpark, as the numbers are all random, and someone was parked in our space. There was no tea towels for washing up, so bring your own, or buy. Didn't really like the dumpsters on either side of the driveway to the lobby.

The location to the main part of Surfers paradise. The closeness to the beach and activities is exceptional. The heated pool,spa and sauna are simply added bonuses. Watching the sunrise from the bed was awesome then having the sun fill the room with warmth was magical.

The only thing that I can come up with is not enough washing up detergent in the room.
