Location and size of rooms and the layout was great. The Pools and sauna and Gym and spa's were also fantastic and the recreation room was good. The BBQ are grea.

The fact you only get 2 keys and have to use the "door tab" to go anywhere is not a great thing if you have a few people staying with you. The fact the complex was being painted was a negative also as there were partitions everywhere. TheBBQ was goos but there is no products to clean the hot palate supplied and that should have been supplied. The Tennis should be free and not $5.00 per racquet.

This is the 2nd stay here for us, love the location to Broadbeach eateries, beach. The unit had a great view of both the buildings/lights of Surfers Paradise along with beach views!

Being made aware that there were works going on to the outside of the building which made the windows dirty and also at times couldn't sit outside and enjoy the balcony. Being made aware that there was also work due to take place making the lift not available to go down to the carpark. One of the ladies on reception sadly another one is very abrupt, and it feels like you are bothering her when asking questions (perhaps they were having a bad week...).

Loved the size of the 3 bedroom apartment. 180 degree views from mountains to the sea. 17th floor provided excellent visibility for whale watching. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. One block from Oasis and the restaurants. Large well equipped kitchen. Being a holiday apartment, please expect to purchase all the basics. We stayed 9 nights. A starter pack is provided fyi. A supermarket is located a 8 min stroll away. Did not need a car as the light rail and taxi’s were reliable. We will return!

loved the spaciousness of the property; the large heated pool; the king bed; the friendly staff; the room service; the lovely gardens, and the location.

a tad amiss with the cleaning - we had a couple of dirty plates; a bit of shower recess mould on arrival (which quickly spread) and the single beds hadn’t been vacuumed under. We took one stained blanket out of a cupboard. Also, our Foxtel sound and vision was hit and miss; though the staff were very quick to try to address this. We regard all of these things as incidental/light maintenance, however we paid $350 per night….

Handy to where we wanted to go. Pool looked great but unfortunately I didn't get the chance to use it but some of my friends did. The apartment was roomy and set out for us all to fit in comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked...maybe the frypans could be replaced with stainless steel ones.

Aircon in the bedrooms as the sun came in during the afternoons and was a bit uncomfortable trying to get dressed to go out for functions in the evening. Or the aircons that were in the living area could have been positioned better to get a flow of cool air into the bedrooms. The Aircon in the main bedroom wasn't working that well. Only having 2 keys between us all was not convenient - even one more set would have been handy.

It was very clean, comfortable and close to everything. I loved the comfortable furniture in lounge room. The chair was great with my bad back. The outdoor area’s are excellent and there were lots of places to sit. I especially liked the herb garden. It was sheltered, shady and very nicely landscaped. I was surprised how big the apartment was too.

I was not happy with the supplies in the the room. There was only a third of a toilet roll and when I requested a spare I asked to pay $1.50 for another one. I refused and they did bring up a roll but it was an unpleasant discussion. The was no replacement garbage bags in the the bins and only 1 sachet for the dish washer and one sachet of dish washing liquid that once it was open went everywhere. I think the products to keep the place clean should be provided. I don’t believe I should have to bring toilet rolls, garbage bags and dishwashing in my luggage.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Belle Maison very much, our 2-bedroom renovated apartment on the 18th floor was great, a good size for a family, with a huge living space and main bedroom and the views from the balcony were excellent. The undercover parking was much appreciated and the facilities within the resort were fantastic - a lovely clean pool, 2 x spas, a sauna, tennis courts, pool table, BBQ area and gym, as well as being 2 blocks from the beach so there is plenty of things to do. The location is excellent with the supermarket and specialty shops, restaurants and bars only a short walk away in the centre area of Broadbeach. We stayed during January school holidays and the resort was full but we never heard much noise or noticed too many others around, which was nice. Enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure! Thanks

Not a complaint as we enjoyed our stay, but the kid's bedroom did not have air conditioning and the ceiling fan didn't work very well so it was fairly hot in their room. A pedestal fan was provided which helped circulate the air, but it did get warm during the day. Also, we had a lovely large smart TV but no Netflix or other streaming services available to use and the Austar service provided on the analogue channels was very outdated. Overall, these things did not affect our stay though.

Views and Location to everything in Broadbeach. A Short walk to everywhere including Public transport. We didn’t need a car. A very Comfortable and large apartment. Pool and spa area beautiful.

No extras provided including toilet paper and things like dishwashing powder for a weeks stay - we felt these should be included with the price - rather than to have to pay for extras.

Nice large rooms, clean, well appointed and the furniture was in line with the theme of the establishment. Large TVs in both lounge and bedroom. Large comfy bed. Air conditioning in the main room with ceiling fan in the bedroom. Large pool and undercover spa, bbq areas, tennis courts, gym, sauna and manicured gardens. Would happily stay there again.

DVD player didn't work, air conditioning only in the main room. Window with main ocean view needed cleaning on the outside.

Huge apartment, master bedroom and en-suite amazing, and other 2 bedrooms with bathroom opposite side so felt like two apartments. 2 large balconies with amazing views. Beautiful kitchen. 3 tvs. Pool was excellent as was jacuzzi. Small walk to beach, restaurants and huge shopping centre. Great laundry

Whilst recognising only starter pack of loo paper, dishwasher and laundry - did seem a bit miserly, but suppose adds up with everyone
