The location was great. The apartment size with a separate laundry was handy. It was also handy having an ice making fridge. Julia at the front desk was wonderful, she was very helpful and courteous. The pool area, gym and sauna were great.

The apartment was not very clean, it needed a vacuum and a mop. The kitchen seemed light on for utensils and pots and pans. Very few bowls, saucepans etc. Not enough to cook a meal with. The hairdryer in one of the bathrooms was not very good, it was a wall one that wasn't attached to the wall. There weren't many pegs for the airer, we had to buy our own. It could have been an exceptional apartment, it just needed some attention to detail. We stayed in apartment #1402.

Huge apartment and balcon looking towards beach, all well furnished. Full amenities including ice and cold water in fridge, washer and dryer. Excellent location to conference centre, beach and shops.

Front desk was never staffed. The ice dispenser stopped working. :) Minimal towels provided. You have to choose between hand towel and floor mat. Minimal toiletries provided which consisted of mini soap and two in one shampoo. Air con on main room didn't work very well. Apartment looking a little tired eg grout coming out of floor tiles in main bathroom.

Location and size of apartment

Breathtaking water views, fresh air with wide opening doors to balcony, sea breeze, very functional kitchen, beautiful new refrigerator and the most comfy king bed, lovely privacy with separate bedrooms. Great proximity to beach, grocery shops and restaurants. Security parking and lift access ideal.

Sofas very worn, stained and oily feeling on the armrests. Bloodstain on cover for one single bed. Broken kettle lid and toilet roll holder in ensuite.

The location of this place is perfect, close to shopping malls, eating places and beach. It is nice and tidy, the rooms are spacious.

This is not the fault of the apartment at all, but there was significant construction noise from the building they were tearing down across the road. The noise would start at 7 am and finish by 5 pm, but it was a bit of a pain. The air conditioning also was weak in the 2 bedrooms (not master bedroom). It was nice and cool for the rest of the place, but those rooms got really hot and you couldn't reset the air conditioning to a cooler temperature.

The location is sensational. Right in the heart of Broadbeach. Easy wanders to so so many cafes and restaurants and only a short stroll to the tram to Surfers. An easy walk to the casino as well. 2 minute walk to the beautiful Kurrawa beach and park. If you have small children there is a great playground in this park. The weather wasn't being kind so we didn't use the pool or spa (although both are heated...the crazy cold wind kept us away😀). We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment (5 adults) and it was very spacious. A full kitchen with dishwasher and full fridge was great for a little longer stay. There is also a dining area with seating for 8.. The lifts are really quick and it has parking on site

There was alot of street noise (bins being picked up early in the morning etc). We were on the 6tg floor so I don't think this would be a problem if higher up. All the pillows were very fat, so for me I would appreciate a couple in the cupboard of the thin variety (but that is just me personally...so if you like a thin pillow b.y.o). The outdoor cushions on our large balcony were also very mouldy (which is a problem for Qld in general however you don't expect it when paying to stay somewhere like Aria)

Big apartment and well appointed. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely outlook. Close to everything including tram line. Vehicles in secure parking. Used BBQ area and that was great. All furniture was comfortable. Large TV in lounge and smaller in bedrooms. Lovely balcony with furniture that was comfy. Great fridge with ice and cold water and well appointed European laundry.

Cooking pots pans and utensils could have been a little better than was present. Knives were blunt. However there was plenty of plates platters etc Very noisy early morning. Garbage pick-ups woke everyone very early every day. That is the one reason l would either request a room on the opposite side or not return

3 bedroom , 2 Bathroom Apartment was perfect for us as we were 2 families staying . Location was excellent!! . Walking distance to Beach, shops restaurants , casino . The Apartment was lovely , clean & very spacious. Kitchen had everything you needed. Washer and dryer, very handy . The view from balcony was great. ( so lovely, we had Rainbow Lorikeet birds visit us daily and perch on the balcony ) Pool was lovely. Parking good.

The glass sliding doors and windows could do with a clean. Definitely a greater supply of bath, face and hand towels, to see us through the duration of our stay , would have been greatly appreciated. ( our 6 day stay was not serviced )

Size of the unit was perfect and size of the rooms did not make you feel claustrophobic. Nice big open plan. We had 4 guests in our unit and 4 from another unit. All met in our unit 1101 and did not feel crowded.

Everything about the unit and facilities were fine. Noise was loud and constant (even from level 11) and my young children would not like it.

The good side ~ staff were great, location excellent, size was unit was amazing. The downside ~ it could have done with a deep clean. The door sliders were very dirty and there was fluff and dust behind door. The bedhead needed a good vacuuming. Also there was inadequate salad bowls and entertaining dishes. There were no champagne glasses.
