The ocean view is stunning. We even watched the sun rise from the balcony. The one-bed apartment is huge, even for 3 people. Overall, it is at great location and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The reception opens during office hours only. My parents missed the original check in time due to a 3-hours flight delay. Due to language barrier, they were almost stranded in dark out of no where. Luckily, there was someone to help and in the end they got the key that was left on the reception table. It would be good if we are informed about the reception operating hours earlier.

Location was perfect for a beachside view and within proximity to Broadbeach eateries.

Lifts are under refurbishment which meant 1 lift working. We were on 10th floor, came and went different times of day and found as we were 4 (including elderly parent) we would have to wait a few times for a clear lift to arrive to abide by the maximum in person lift. Trying to leave with my mother in law would have been easier if she didn’t have to stand & suggest perhaps a small bench seat in hallway outside of lift area. Especially on check out as we had easily a 15min wait by the time we got down to basement. Stairs were not an option for her as we had luggage etc.

It was a bit of a rocky start. We checked in after hours & our apartment was outdated & only had aircon in the loungeroom. However, upon speaking to the manager in the morning, we were moved to another apartment, which was absolutely beautiful, and we had a wonderful stay. Also, they had a variety of boogie boards and surfboards in reception that you could borrow, free of charge. The swimming pool and the sauna were also exceptional quality.

we loved the spa - it was nice and hot. the indoor pool could have been a little warmer - but that's a personal thing. the place was very clean. the rooms were beautifully decorated. beds were comfortable. the view was amazing and it was great to hear the sound of the ocean. the rooms were sound proof, couldnt hear a thing from anyone else (and hope they couldnt hear us) really made our trip to the coast a most relaxed and enjoyable few days.

we arrived after hours and the service was terrible. we would have been locked out for hours if not for the help of a lovely occupant.

Superb location, really, you can't get much better than this spot, it's right opposite the beach with no other apartments in the way of the view. The apartment is very large with 2 couches, fully functional kitchen, 2 bathrooms (both with toilet & shower). Has an iron, washing machine & dryer. Plenty of car parks downstairs and there's a bay out the front you can park in for about 20 minutes (I think is the maximum time) whilst you organise getting the key. The fellow who gave us our room key was friendly and gave us the instructions for the room. We actually totally forgot to finalise check in the following day but nobody got cross with us about that which was nice as it was an error on our part.

The dryer wasn't working. The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the pool, so it's not super private during the daytime and whilst you get a lovely view of the ocean, as the apartment isn't very high up you can't see much water.

The location was excellent and the service was polite and efficient.

The Unit was very comfortable and modern in most areas. The bathroom is very old and needs refurbishment to equal the quality of the other areas. Curtains in the main bedroon were torn and had small holes in the material. They are very old.

The location was amazing as was the view, a beautiful light filled good sized 2brm apartment on the 11th floor.

Unfortunately the beds were terribly uncomfortable and hard which resulted in me sleeping on the couch on the second night. They were either very cheap poor quality mattresses or just worn out, but they need replacing.

The location was perfect. Right across the road from a patrolled beach, just a few minutes' walk to shops, restaurants, and ice cream. Another minute's walk to Kurrawa Pratten Park, which is big and fenced-in and kept my kids (5 and 2) entertained for ages. The pools and hot tub were also a big hit. The indoor pool is on the smaller side which might be an issue if it's busy, but we never ran into anyone else. We loved that everything was heated as a few of our days were cool and rainy. Staff was very friendly. The room was modern and clean. We were only on the second floor but still had ocean views. We will be back again!

The only thing that could have been improved is having some sort of extra lock on the door out of reach of little hands. I have a very strong 2-year-old escape artist who was able to open the door and bolt into the hallway (where he knows how to operate lifts). So this required constant vigilance. Not an issue if you have well-behaved, normal-sized toddlers.

Location, very clean and tidy

Calling to get in. The operator could not find my booking, did not listen correctly to my name or phone No. Kept repeating to me incorrectly. Put me on hold but hung up. Did not call me back. I had to ring again, got a different person who had found the booking. Spent 20 minutes to get in. Totally unsatisfactory. Sat 11th June approx 4.45pm. Not a good experience, very frustrating as we had a function to attend and were late because of this.

Location, pool, spa, the ability to walk to most restaurants and shops makes this the ideal location. Across the road from the beach makes it perfect venue. Staff were very helpful.

Only small things we noticed that were minor issues. The floor was sandy from previous visitors. The bathroom fixtures were old and in poor repair. No tissues in apartment. Fans were dusty and made noise when in operation. The condiments mainly sugar, coffee and salt were all hard and not very useful.
