View of beach was incredible. Apartment was roomy and comfortable with all the mod cons. Even a fridge with an ice maker! Central location to shops/restaurants. Outside pools were great. Tennis court in good condition and complimentary tennis equipment available. Free car parking in basement. Bay assigned to car.

No air-conditioning in second bedroom. Sheets weren't put on king size bed correctly and maybe wrong size sheets had been used? My son reckoned his sheets weren't clean. TVs in bedrooms are due replacement. Not enough dishwashing detergent/ dishwasher tablets provided for stay. Had to pay for tennis but weren't informed about this until leaving. Tennis balls need replacement so bring your own! Paid extra for late check-out but got hassled to leave early.

The location of Ultiqa Beach Haven is magnificent. Close to the beach close to the main shopping precent in Broadbeach, close to many many restaurants and easteries. The facilities along with the car park are great . There are two pool areas, with two tennis courts and a cosy sized gym available for all tenants to use. We used the bigger pool on the west side of the building and it was lovely, full of kids, but lovely none the less. The gym had some excellent machines for us to use and all worked very well. The View from the room was absolutely wonderful. To wake up early in the morning go for a quick walk along the beach, come back and have breakfast on the balcony overlookling the ocean was extremely special. We watched the 8PM and Midnnight new years fireworks from the balcony and it was like having front row seats to a show. Very very special.

The indoor pool area is still not completed and I thought this would've been finished by this last visit. We stayed in June of '23, then again in Nov '23 and now in January '24 and it still wasn't completed. Thew room doesn't get cleaned or serviced every day. Last time we stayed it was cleaned approximately a couple of times out of 5 days. This time we stayed for 9 days, but it was cleaned on the 8th day. I expected it to be cleaned at least once every few days...

Great facilities with 3 pools ( 2 outdoor and 1 indoor) sauna, steam room and gym. Pacific Fair mall a 15 min walk away. Another smaller mall with Woolworths just around the corner and watching sunrise and sunset off the balcony was fantastic 😍lovely walks along the beach or the esplanade to Surfers and all the theme parks and wild sanctuaries within an hour or less drive away. Would recommend hiring a car right from the day of arrival if you are thinking of doing all activities as Uber adds up and you may end up waiting for a ride and overpay.. Sports bar and a surf club across the road with a park and playground for small kids .. location was great for families regardless of kids age.

we like beach haven for the roominess of the apartments its closeness to restuarants and the beach. the oasis provides us with good shopping

thought that the apartment we were allocated could do with an update. the bedside tables in the main bedroon need refurbishing .the coffee table in the lounge room is unacceptable. dirty in the edges around the glass.had to clean it as best i could. needs a better set of cutlery. one that can actuallyC cut. a kitchen knife for cutting fruit and vegetables would be handy. a vegetable peeler. basic but necessary. a battery in the WALL CLOCK IS NEEDED. all little things. the comment that we should have paid for a superior room i thought was a touch poor. cleanliness is free.

I had a fantastic stay with my family at this property! The rooms were particularly spacious, offering plenty of comfort and room for all of us to relax. The highlight was the correct room given, which boasted a stunning view of the Surfers Paradise skyline - a delightful bonus that truly enhanced our experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy walking access to various restaurants and a shopping centre, making our stay both convenient and enjoyable. The staff deserve special mention for their exceptional service. They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond when I accidentally left my keys behind. They promptly mailed them to me (South Australia), and I received them within a week.

Very friendly staff, amazing pool/ tennis area, spacious apartment with fabulous views, fantastic location with patrolled beach, shopping, restaurants all very close a very short walk. We have stayed here several times and will definitely be staying again

Our apartment was not very clean, fan above stove very greasy, the dishwasher was also greasy and had food bits in it, surfaces and furniture were dusty, there was hair in the bathroom, sand was on bedside tables and on carpet and one of the beds had stains on the sheets also there was no doona just a couple of old blankets so we had to purchased our own which was strange given the price we were paying.

Awesome location, we had an ocean view apt and it was lovely to wake up watching the sunrise. Apt needed a bit of reno, but still really good. Stuff were great and very helpful, kids loved the pools and it was nice to have a sauna and a gym. Very close to so many amenities, many restaurants, the casino, the Pacific Fair Shopping mall... right by the surf club. We will be back!

The wifi in the apt wasnt great, it only worked in the lounge. But some might say it was good not to have wifi in the bedrooms!

The location was perfect. Close to the beach and shops and cafe’s. Great view of the beach. It had 3 good size pools and well suited for families. Aircon was amazing and fans in bedrooms.

For the price we paid, it wasn’t the cleanest. Piles of dust under the beds. Sand in corners of the shower. Hair from past guests in draws and hair ties on door knobs. Rubbish left behind from past guests. The coffee tables were poorly put together and very unstable and the glass tops would easily slide making them dangerous esp for small kids. Staff were friendly but didn’t want to go above and beyond when we asked to upgrade. Put straight in to the ‘too hard basket’. Could definitely understand as it was peak season but we were just shoved to the side and got the impression that they couldn’t be bothered to try work something out.

My appreciation for providing us with an accessible room at a lower level and access to my other family members on Floor 22. The BBQ area by the pool was excellent and allowed for our family members who had travelled from New Zealand and other parts of Australia to get together on a regular basis plus to hold a birthday on the Saturday.

Possibly easier parking I had my niece from Brisbane who was transporting me I think she had a problem with one of the spaces but she worked it out. Thank you for friendly welcome at the desk

Had a lovely few days at Beach Haven. A fantastic location with a very short walk to the beach. Had a lovely room with sea views and the resort was within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. There was some construction work going on with the indoor pool so we had to walk through the basement to access one of the pools but this wasn't an issue. Loved staying here and would definitely do so again.

Lounge chairs weren't very comfortable and it was a bit strange to have no door on the ensuite so no privacy there.
