the staff were very friendly and could understand why i was running late with delayed flights, and yet they still came down and met me close to midnight.
i couldn't say that there was much i didn't like. my room got a little warm the second night. however i am not use to the temperature the sunshine has.

Location was amazing, 2 streets from the beach and 2 streets from the restaurant precinct. The unit was quite large, there was plenty of space. The curtains were thick to make it nice and dark for a lunch time movie.
Washing machine with no washing detergent. If it was noted somewhere "BYO detergent" I would have packed some and no issue.

Staff were very friendly and only too happy to help with all our needs. Location was fantastic across the road from the beach and just a short walk to Broadbeach restaurants and shopping.
Accommodation is an older style building. Which was great for our needs but others may find its lack of modern interiors a bit off putting. TV was particularly hard to get our heads around, so many repeat channels with no guide available.

Place was in a great spot within Broadbeach, short walk to beach, and also walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and clubs. The place was well kept. Would have been nice if there was laundry supplies within the place given there was a washer and dryer.

Location was great and apartment was large, comfortable and clean. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was fantastic as we have 2 teenagers.
A little run down, could do with an update, but that costs a lot of money, which in turn might make it unaffordable for families.
