Great easy location, so handy to shops and beach and a supermarket right across the street. Thanks for the stay.

It's is a shame the pool isn't up and running. We were aware of this I just hope that it is getting fixed. On a house keeping note so you can keep the house tidy, more rubbish bags (and toilet paper) would have been handy. We were staying for 8 nights and really needed more provided.

Location was fantastic and the facilities were great.

I advised I would be paying with cash and that I would be arriving during reception hours, but when I arrived to check in, the money had already been taken from my credit card, and I was charged a service fee for this as well, with the reason being ‘this is my first week, and we have many bookings’ regardless of the fact that I had rang early on the morning of checkin and said I would be paying cash! The receptionist then said I would just have to go to Pacific Fair to find a bank, and deposit the cash back onto my card. This was an inconvenience due as we were attending a wedding and didn’t have time allocated to get to a bank beforehand, being Easter weekend.

property wasn’t clean when we walked in, sand still left on chairs had to put all of the cutlery and plates back in the dishwasher to be cleaned. kitchen cupboard doors were slightly off hinges under the sink and the draws didn’t close properly. microwave was filthy. Two of the sheets had stains on them. carpet was extremely stained, but the manager mentioned it was due to be replaced. Mirror in main living area was cracked and the door to the balcony hard to open. laundry was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time with the amount of dust on the machines. it is a shame it hasn’t been looked after with the upkeep or even just being cleaned properly, as the location is great. We will not be coming back to stay unfortunately.

Have stayed here a few times and have loved our apartments each time. Very spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is supplied. The location is perfect. And the couple who manage Victoria Square are lovely to deal with.

Unfortunately the whole outdoor deck was closed due to a leak in the pool. Whilst we realised this couldn’t be helped, we were a little disappointed. But, this hasn’t stopped us from re booking again.

Excellent location and close to the beach, restaurants and everything. Woolies and other shops are just across the Broadbeach mall. Everything is in walking distance including the Casino. The Broadbeach tavern and the Kurrawa surf club are just at the end of the mall. The apartment is quite a large size for a 2 bedroom.

What we didn't like, which was no fault of the apartments, was the big dumpster bins being emptied from about 5.30-5.45am every morning. You cannot sleep in as it is very noisy with all the loud banging going on, which goes on for quite a while up the street.

Such a fantastic location right near the beach, shops and a huge variety of restaurants. The apartment was HUGE and we had beautiful beach views from some of the rooms. Having a full size kitchen was handy for cooking and two separate bathrooms made life with teenage boys a bit easier. We really enjoyed using the beautiful pool, spa and sauna.

No free wifi, but I was told by the managers that it will be available soon.

It was a great location, very central to everything we needed. The couple running the place were lovely.

They have started to upgrade the apartments, lounge and dining as you walk in was lovely, kitchen ok/clean, but then went downhill, when you got to bathrooms, I was scared to shower without thongs. Mould on the curtains too. I did let them know on check out.

Apartment had everything you needed, Kitchen well equipped and felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable, clean, homely and Safe, had a nice vibe. An older style apartment - Kitchen appliances (Oven, Dishwasher, Fridge) and washing machine were older but clean and maintained. Parking convenient also. great location to Mall shops, supermarket and eateries, as well as beach and local attractions.

no internet service provided, had to sign up for a short term plan, was a bit noisy Friday night with the local Tavern patrons and Band music playing into the night.

Everything was ok. Husband found the construction work entertaining. I can imagine having the pool bbq area etc up and running would be an awesome addition to our stay. We were aware it was out of service before booking.

Perfect from the start. We asked for an early check in as we were seeing a show @ 1pm. Lyn got back to me straight away and it wasn't a problem. When we went to check in Lyn met us in the foyer to explain a water leak on our floor had happened during the night. It hadn't affected our apartment just the lift area on our floor, I really appreciated the time taken by Lyn. The apartment was clean and much bigger than I thought it would be. The location was perfect for the plans we had made. Great value for money also. I would highly recommend.
