Location exceeds our expectation. Just a walk to the wonderful surfers paradise beach. The view from the balcony and the main room was just fantastic. Quiet atmosphere and spacious rooms.

View from the room was beautiful. The room was nice and clean. Close to shops, restaurants and beach.

the location was awesome and the staff did keep my request for top floor and double bed in the 2nd room.

(1) the dishwasher wasn’t clean, had soap from prior use (2) the washing machine wasn’t clean, had soap from prior use (3) I have stayed in numerous serviced apartments across the globe and all they ask is before leaving to put the dishes to dishwasher and switch it on. But this property rules is 1 level up - they asked us in writing to put the washed dishes back in where they were too before we leave. so literally we had to wait for the washer to finish its job before we could leave. this was very inconvenient for us. esp when we had a drive back to Sydney for about 11hrs with a baby. (4) the allotted parking was very inconvenient for a big muv. we had to move it back & forth to keep our stuff in the boot and then hop in ourselves

The 22nd floor apartment was everything I liked. A comfortable 5-10 minute walk to the mall & shops & 2 minutes to the bus/tram station. All the rooms were very spacious, clean & the kitchen had all the basic necessary cooking facilities with tea & coffee, quite impressive. The balcony views were good but may soon be obstructed with new developments. The heated pool, gym & sauna were all clean & good (didn't use the spa or tennis court). All the staff were very polite & helpful for all enquiries.

The reception area closes way too early on weekends. We arrived Saturday after 12 midday, & the place was all locked up & had to find a key in the lockbox - a bit frustrating!

The location was great. Free parking on-site was handy and allowed a second car to park in the visitors parking on-site. The rooms were clean and fresh. The hotel noted my requests and followed through on the day of our arrival. Friendly reception. We stayed 4 nights for an event that was walking distance and easily accessible at all hours. The sea breeze was lovely all night. I would stay here again.

Nothing really to dislike about our stay except for the lifts not being reliable when prompted. They might take a few minutes to respond and generally only 1 was working at a time. There was no air con in our room so in summer it could get hot but we stayed in winter.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach and walking distance from surfers paradise hub, ideal for a drink at the pub. Pool area was very modern and well-kept. Also, the pool was maintained at a very nice temperature and the spa was kept really warm which was great. Easy check in and check out process. Plenty of flyers at reception for things to do on the Gold Coast, kept our party busy during our stay. Nice BBQ area for an outside dinner. The 2 bed ocean view apartment we booked ended up being on the 20th floor, which had amazing views and a great breeze on the balcony. We could also see the pool area from our place.

Rooms were well-kept but in need of a minor update. Construction occurring on two sides of the hotel, starting very early in the morning and hard to block out especially for light sleepers (this isn't the hotels fault nor in their control though, we understand). Construction or renovations to the elevators were occurring throughout our entire stay which also was hard to block out in the earlier parts of the mornings. However, this did seem necessary as the elevators did need a bit of an update and will obviously only be a temporary thing. Only one air conditioner was located in the apartment in the lounge room, meaning the bedroom at the opposite end was very hot through the night.

The room we were moved to after the first night was much better and more like as described on bookings.com. The receptionist was most helpful in finding us an alternative room.

I had booked this accommodation many months before the trip based on the description and images displayed on bookings.com. We arrived late evening to a room that was slightly smelly and in terrible need of modernisation. I was told that when making a booking through bookings.com there is no guarantee the room will look like what is displayed on the website. The receptionist was most helpful and moved us to a more suitable room the next night.

Location was good. Views were amazing, especially on the balcony. Parking was hassle free. Check in/out was fast & simple. Facilities in the apartment were good. Swimming pool area was very nice. Kitchen was stocked with most essentials. Beds were comfortable.

Fan in 2nd bedroom wasn't working & the room was very hot & stuffy. Windows were locked so we couldn't open them for some air. I wish balcony had a flyscreen door because it would've been nice to have it open thru-out the night for that fresh beach breeze instead of the aircon. Water was dripping 24/7 on the balcony from the pipe above us so we couldn't sit on that side of the balcony. Apart from that, everything else was good & we enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

Loved the location, not too close to all the hustle and bustle but not too far away. Easy check in/out. Pool area is awesome and we spent a bit of time there. Grounds well kept and all tidy. The place itself was clean enough.

We stayed in room 103. Overall it was quite dated, definitely could do with an uplift. Hot tap in one bathroom didn’t work, locks on outside of doors instead of inside. Couch smelt really dusty and could definitely do with a deep clean or just replacing. Real big concern around the pool area was the black metal textured floor indicators near the spa area. They got extremely hot and burnt my sons feet. Not a great idea at all. The floor in general outside the lifts always smelt a bit funny, not sure why. Probably a carpet clean would fix this!
