Location was fantastic for a family. Walk out the back door and pretty much straight onto the beach, a nice grassy area outside too. Patrolled swimming was very close too. Easy 8minute walk down to the shops and the night markets. The place itself was very large and had two good comfy bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen equipped well.

The apartment could use a few more supplies/consumables to make the stay comfier. There was a laundry but no laundry powder, no dishwashing liquid, some basic kitchen things like oil, salt and pepper would be nice too so we don't have to buy everything for just a few days. Also under the beds was quite dusty and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while.

The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to the busy Cavill area and an almost private beach just outside the door. The main living areas are spacious and very comfortable and, as we were on the ground floor, had a private courtyard and grassed area.

The bathrooms are dated, especially the ensuite, which was a shame when everything else was nice. Having said that both showers had great water pressure! We also had an issue where the dryer started to smoke when we used it - we did tell management about this.

Location was excellent, the apartment was a great size for a family. I will be back and let my friends and family know about this apartment.

The dirty windows and dirty curtains. The fridge and iron, had rust on them. The beautiful big dining table had a big crack in it. I know I'm sounding picky but I think if your paying big money for a beachfront property you should put money into the upkeep of the apartment. It's those little things that do matter. The smell wasn't pleasant when we arrived, just a stuffy closed up smell. Air freshener would have been nice. Also your book with details about the apartment needs a new folder it's a tacky and old, not in good condition.

Great location with views of the beach and pool. Close to the tram or 10 minute walk to Cavil Ave. The apartment was surrounded with windows allowing a lot of light in, loved it. Everything was modern in the apartment.

I loved everything about it. The place was clean, they clearly vacuum the floors but the floors need mopping as your feet turn black walking on the floor without shoes. I would have mopped the floor myself only there wasn’t a mop or cleaning products for this purpose.

Amazing location. Gorgeous pool and spa area, unit was very spacious and fully self contained. Great price (we did get 60% off)

Only one car park- hard for families travelling together and due to late check in we were unaware of this as pre booking info says free parking downstairs. Dated and not very clean, broken rusted furniture but wasn’t a huge issue for the price we paid. View made up for it. Reception lady attended our room 3 times in an hr to get cc for $24 porta cot hire even though I had rang earlier on week to try and pay for it and and was very pushy even after I had told her I would be down after I fed my baby.

View and location was close to the best on the GC we think. Very big space with everything we needed to cook.

Couch was dirty which happens with fabric couches, but didn’t look like it had been spot cleaned or anything from last guest. Mould on shower ceiling and around spa bath made it not feel luxurious or relaxing. Difficult to get Foxtel working. Better specific instructions would help with the remotes. Spa bath main switch is on the wall which I didn’t realise until trying to get it to work using the controls on the bath itself and finally giving up. Better instructions would help in the bathroom. Main external glass doors needed a clean between guests.

Location to the beach

The furniture was tired and not well maintained. The lounge was filled with sand under the cushions. The main bathroom the spa bath had caps missing from the jets. The walls and doors needed cleaning throughout the unit. The windows were dirty. The sliding doors all needed oiling in the tracks as the would stick in the tracks. The cutlery drawers were dirty and we had to clean the cutlery prior to using.

Great location, whole complex very clean and well maintained. Easy late check-in with friendly staff who made it really straightforward. Fantastic location right on the beach, would book you again.

A few very minor maintenance things within the apartment itself but nothing that couldn’t be managed. Beds Quite firm and not comfortable. Sheet/pillowslips were very rough.

Fantastic location just a few steps from the beach and close to many of the main attractions, bars and restaurants Really spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and living area with balconies. Showers were amazingly powerful!! We arrived a little earlier than expected and they were really accommodating allowing us to park in a space while we went to lunch and called as soon as the room was ready.

There was no one around at check out so returned the keys as requested in the drop box. Unfortunately was not informed beforehand that we needed the fob to get back downstairs to the carpark and to get out of it! Luckily there were some residents to the rescue to let us back down and out so we weren't delayed for long. This info should be noted on the check out info sheet.

Great proximity to all you needed in Goldcoast including, restaurants, entertainment and trams. The motel is right on the beach and not right in the busy hustle and bustle. Easy walking distance to all the action on Cavill Ave. Large apartment accommodation. The mattress in the king bedroom was Amazing! Big thanks to Tom who was most accommodating with any issues we had.

The only complaint was the 2 single beds were very hard mattresses to sleep on compared to the exceptionally comfortable king bedroom mattress.
