Location is amazing, close to beach and shops however quiet as well. This time the 1 bedroom we stayed in was decorated nicely (however different to the 2 bedroom). View is also incredible.

With the beautiful location, and the amazing sunshine in the morning, it also is detrimental to sleep as there are no block out blinds in the rooms. They have tried with roller blinds and curtains however its still very light, as long as you're an early riser its fine. Some basics that feel should be in an apartment like oil, salt/ pepper, etc could be provided. Also 2 of the gym bikes weren't working and the air con in the gym also seemed to not work when the sun was shining through (again amazing view however just need things to work!).

We had a really large three bedroom apartment facing North-East which gave us absolutely spectacular views straight out the the beach and up to Surfer's Paradise. The view could not have been more breathtaking. The location of the apartments is right above the Oasis shopping centre which is really convenient with Woolworths, BWS and boutique shops just below the apartment. There are dozens of restaurants and cafes to go to all literally below the apartment and in the surrounding blocks so location could not be better.

Not a negative of the apartment per se, but the beach out the front is quite treacherous so not great for smaller kids although there are Lifesavers straight out the front so very important to swim between the flags.

Definitely book an ocean view room - and bring binoculars to see the whales if you're there during migration! I booked a one-bedroom and it was fantastic. Sliding glass doors open up half the wall in the bedroom and 3/4 of the living room so you can be wide open to the sea air. Very comfortable bed, kitchen was great with all cooking implements needed. Connected to the Oasis mall which has a Woolworths and a BWS so you can stock up. Honestly, the extra cost of the ocean view room was offset by the fact that I rarely went out to eat because I was happy just sitting on my balcony!

Street lights at the beach are on all night so you will want to close the shades in the bedroom overnight. I left the door cracked to hear ocean noises overnight but do note that you will get road/garbage pickup noises starting around 5am if you do so (I was on 13th floor - might be less audible on higher floors?).

The location and views are unbeatable. It’s why we booked. Everything is convenient - just steps from the beach, bars, restaurants and the supermarket. There’s so much construction happening selection is about priorities.

I had read reviews that the building and rooms were dated so I requested a renovated room if poss. It was tired. The beds were very firm and the showers had weak pressure. The smell of garbage in the corridors was intense but we understand it is the Oasis shopping centre purging that is outside their control. Still, it’s nasty.

I had an ocean view room. The ocean is straight over the road so very easy to get out walking along the boardwalk or beach. There is a good shopping centre below the building with everything you need, plus many eateries dotted about. I probably didn't have to walk more than a 100 metres for groceries or eating out. Great location.

I can't really think of anything. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals. The bed was very comfortable, as was the furniture I was using.

The location was excellent and the views sensational. The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen had all the necessary things we needed. We enjoyed a swim in the pool. We were close to places to eat and the supermarket and Mall area were great places to visit. All very handy to our motel. We will be back!

I think the kitchen cupboards could be changed around a bit. Had to look in a few cupboards before we could find things. Not a bit deal but could be a bit better co-ordinated. Would have liked to be a bit higher up since we travelled from the country, however, the ocean view was amazing.

Check-in went well. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the space. The BBQ down stairs was great.

Basic condiments are needed in a serviced apartment. Salt, petter cooking oil.... It is fine to buy food to cook but not condiments. Good quality products to match the apartment, not cheap unhealthy products. There was no description or help for an early checkout. The shower head was terrible considering the quality of the apartment.

Parking scenario is very cumbersome and a little confusing. We ended up being late returning our keys because we had to get cars packed and then out before we could take the key back. We left our apartment at 9.45 but it was 10.30 before we finally got to return the keys. Has to be a better way. It was really stressful. We had two babies and all the associated equipment to get to the cars.

Beautiful room, view, kitchen, dining area & balcony. I cannot fault the room & the amenities.

The person I spoke to on the phone sounded annoyed about me booking on the day. She also sounded annoyed about me potentially checking in too close to the closing time. To be fair, I booked an hour or two before I had to check in but I was not in situation where I knew I had to book on the day. I was also not happy about having to scan my license & send to some stranger to review. I would have preferred someone at the desk verifying my license details instead of scanning it myself & sending it somewhere where I don't know if they store & secure it properly.

The amazing views and relaxed large apartments. The location is also fantastic.

It would have been nice to have even just one round of housekeeping / beds made across our 4 day stay considering the nightly price. It wasn't super clear that wasn't included and the provided supplys were pretty light on, only one tiny bar of soap for example. Staff could have been a little better too, it took a long time for the after hours check in as the person on the intercom had to look up the check in procedure while I was put on hold.
