Easy to find on the highway. Beautiful new bathroom with rainfall shower. Clean modern linen. Basic well stocked kitchenette. Undercover parking. Really appreciated being able to book last minute.

Could not connect to the wifi but phones still had reception. A little bit cool without blankets for the beds. No washing up liquid so used a bar of soap. Probably could have resolved all of these if we asked but were so tired from a long drive.

Due to flash flooding and storms we got stranded in Proserpine for 5 days with no accomodation. John and Julie at Reef Gardens Motel found us a room and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. They provided us with clean towels every day of our stay and nothing we asked was too much. They cleaned our room consistently and offered to drive us to the local supermarket so we could stock up on some food until the weather had cleared and the airport was back up and running. Thank you both for looking after the 3 of us during this tricky time!

Nothing - had to stay due to a last minute cancelled flight meaning lots of people ended up turning up to the motel at once. This was handled brilliantly by the hosts who were really helpful and friendly.

the owners (John and Julie) were so welcoming, honest and friendly, they even made sure that the room was cleaned every day and stocked. they will talk to us every day of our time we were there which made us welcome and will come back again. we will definitely come back again.

Excellent, caring staff who were kindly able to change our booking to accommodate a sudden change to our travel plans due to family circumstances. Comfortable, spacious rooms that were clean and tidy.

The rooms seem quite new or recently refurbished to a high standard. Very clean and nicely done. Nice bathroom too. I was concerned that it might be noisy being right on the highway, but a good solid door kept the noise out and I was not disturbed at all. The owners were really nice and friendly.

Could have been clearer on what the arrangements for breakfast and dinner were.

It's a lot cheaper than other options in Airlie Beach. The room has a small kitchen, which was pretty handy. Good air conditioning.

It's a bit far from Airlie Beach (20 min by car).

The property was well kept, updated facilities & very tidy. The staff where very friendly and helpful.

Very minor but there was no conditioner in the shower, just shampoo. Outside of this pie stay was faultless.

The Lady at the front desk was not a welcoming person Dress standards were terrible, had a strap hanging out, wasn’t a great look, the man was friendly, rooms were clean & tidy.
