We love staying at the Tuscany on Tor when we visit Toowoomba. We need to be near the showgrounds and this motel is in a great location. Also close to town. The staff are lovely and it is always clean.

Great place, however don't book through booking.com go direct as bookings advertised price including children but that did not come through on the confirmation and it's near impossible to discuss the issue with booking.com. As booking didn't make the booking correctly we needed to pay extra.

Beautiful clean room, comfortable beds and great location. The reception/management staff were absolutely beautiful and so friendly. I will definitely recommend and stay there again.

Very clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Great location very close to Clifford Garden Shopping Centre, as well as a couple of restaurants.

The AC in the room didn't work very well, and there was no AC in the separate bedroom so had to rely on opening the window for fresh air.

Location was good. 10minute drive from main city. Is on the main road which is good, traffic isn't too bad. Not much noise either. 3 minute drive from the big supermarkets and fast food restaurants which was a bonus. Room was spacious. All the sheets & linen are white. Bed was comfortable. Parking right in front of our door. Overall excellent experience. Would recommend especially for families.

I liked the meals they were really good and the staff was very friendly the room was nice and clean and had everything we were wanting.

Mostly everything was good but if I could ask for one thing different it would be that more milk and sugar is provided in the rooms for tea and coffee.

I liked the secure rooms, I liked the family friendly atmosphere and size of my room aswell, the managers/ owners at this motel were phenomenal, polite, and attentive. will be staying there again.

The staff member who greeted us was very pleasant, told us a little bit about the town with a big smile. He advised us if we needed anything to contact the front desk , all this was done with enthusiasm, it was a pleasant surprise, as we are frequent travellers and do not come across greetings as well as this young man presented often.

It was unfortunate that we arrived prior to a public holiday, and breakfast was not available- the concierge apologuised profusely- we did understand , and it was not a problem at all.
