It is showing some wear, & its age, with paint chips on door frames currently but I was informed an upgrade is not far off. Two cafés are almost neighbours & the CBD is a gentle down slope walk of about half a kilometre. Queens Park is across the road with a playground for children & the motel has a pool in the centre. But there's no breakfast option. However, the Valetta café has excellent breakfast choices 50m down the road.

The old tiny shower cubicle which could be a problem with mobility deficiencies as the tiled step into the shower was quite high & the shower rose needs modernization as I almost had to run around to get wet & it was unadjustable.

This is a charming little motor lodge located a short walk away from the shops in the centre of town and across from a really great park/botanic garden for walking. The room was clean, well appointed with coffee/tea and had an area for sitting. The staff were pleasant and very helpful and there is a direct phone outside the office that connects you to a staff member if the reception is locked, making sure you can always reach someone for assistance.

the location was just so nice across from the Queens Park and easy access to the main street of Toowoomba we were running late and had front office call to tell us they will prepare and put on our lights in our rooms and gave us our room numbers. next morning, we were greeted by the wonderful staff who were so helpful in all ways we even ended up staying an extra night and chose to stay there because of the hospitality we were giving.

such a nice place to stay i think if anything maybe upgrading of the bathrooms will make the place top notch.

Great location to town, beautiful park across the road with heaps of onsite parking for guests staying. The two coffee shops/cafes just down were great to visit. Bed had an amazing blanket on top for our warmth and we were almost too warm. Staff was friendly on checkin and she waved everytime we saw here over our stay. Room furnishings could use a refresh but their fine for a night or two stay!

No ceiling fans in room and we didn't feel like running the air conditioning in winter so with an overcast still night we were slightly until late morning once the winter air got chillier.

It was a roomy unit with all the facilities we required. We loved having enough "bench" space to spread our things and a separate table and chairs for eating etc. The location is perfect for us close to our favourite restaurant and the park.

A higher tap in the ensuite basin to be able to fill the kettle.

The location of this property is ideal for carnival of Flowers and a comfortable walk into the city Parking is easy and great eateries nearby

It is quite dated so not ideal in some aspects for someone on the larger side or unable to step over a high shower job

Noisey motor or fan outside bathroom window. Bad small coming into bathroom window. No place to fill kettle to make coffee. Maybe a small jug to use for water would help.

The location was great. Short walk to shops and straight across the road from the beautiful Queens park. A couple of nice cafe's just next door. The rooms are a bit older however the beds have been updated and are super comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

it’s quiet, well located and quiet. even had shower cap and all the essentials including capacity to heat food. bed super comfortable, large rooms and fine TV. choice of fresh air or aircon.

it didn’t bother me but it’s old, shower and loo in same room. no restaurant operating due to Covid (Jan 23). great cafe 3 doors down.

The whole set up at the motel was very good. The location was exactly where we wanted and needed to be all within walking distance of everything in Toowoomba. The reception and the friendliness of the staff was of a superior level. we will stay again either over night r for any longer stays in the town.

The bathroom/toilet was a little out dated but functional never the less.
