It was a comfortable room with coffee making facilities, bed was very comfortable and comfortable chairs provided. Breakfast was great at a reasonable price, staff were very pleasant, with car space provided. Close to supermarket across the road. The dining restaurant was ok.

There was no hot water in shower at night and the same problem in the morning, even running the hot tap only for several minutes provided a small edge off the very cold water but bathing was very uncomfortable. This basic type of amenity is very important when travelling. The temperature outside was very cold and windy. Used the basin hot water to have a brief body clean. Reported it to staff member when checking out, but he seemed to be disinterested. Maybe he had other complaints for same thing. This has convinced me that future stay would not be this location.

Large spacious room, great bed, couches and large bathroom. Convenient location on main route (no road noise) and opposite shopping centre. Good value for money.

The wing of the building I was had on side of the building backed onto a service station (which wasn’t viewed from the room but there was some noise eg beeping from the tire pressure machine and some car noise), and the balcony of the room overlooked the hotel carpark on the other size. For the price and an overnight stay this wasn’t of a bother to me.

Every comfort has been thought of and included. Great service at book in and EXCEPTIONAL wait person in the restaurant. They were 5 star! Kingsize bed was comfortable. Great hot shower.

It's completely acceptable to have a dress standard for a restaurant, but it should be explained at reception during check-in and listed in the in- room information. It was not a problem but it did make our wait person uncomfortable as he had tell every man who entered that they are requested to not wear thongs in the venue. After 6 hours in a car we just wanted a nice meal and a rest, no thought was given to the motel restaurant having a dress code. Food was good! Service was excellent!

Very clean, well appointed, quiet and spacious room. The bathroom was much larger than average. The bed was really comfortable.

The balcony door was very dificult to lock but we managed to identify the problem, (the receptionist on duty was not particularly helpful) The toilet flush kept us awake as it kept running, after reporting the issue 3 times to reception the following morning, Thomas the manager came to investigate he was very apologetic and offered us a complimentary breakfast to compensate. Which was a lovely gesture.. The breakfast was delicious! 👍

My wife and I attended a wedding and we were looking for somewhere affordable but also comfortable to stay for the night, and we certainly found it at this place. From the service we were given when we checked in to the state of the room and amenities that were on offer ie: coffee machine etc.. and that King size bed was SSSSSSOOOOOOOOOO comfortable, it was truly a great over night experience we had, thankyou so much for letting us stay at your place, will definitely book here again if we come up to Toowoomba in the future and I highly recommend the Platinum to everyone and anyone who is looking for a great place to stay at.

so convenient, had everything to accomodate for food and beverages. From the restaurant to brekky in bed, other local businesses to call. Nice and clean, a full size bed instead of 2 beds pushed together👍. Shower and hand basin with soap and shampoo and conditioner dispensers instead of those tiny little cakes of soap you get on your towel. Awesome place to stay great pricing, heaps of parking spaces. would not hesitate to stay here again.

Well if I must complain about something which is very minor. The shower head could do with updating. But still does the job.

Excellent room with comfortable bed and great shower. The restaurant was beautifully appointed and dinner was very good. The waiting staff were very friendly and super efficient, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Being elderly the stairs were a problem for my husband. The disappointing thing was that due to the Public Holiday on Thursday 22nd September, the restaurant was not open, however we did have room service and the breakfast was very good despite cold plates. We had room service dinner as well and that was very good although too much and had to call for cutlery which did arrive promptly.

The shower was wonderful lovely pressure The room was very tidy and clean and the bed was big and not two beds joined together which was great. There was a coffee machine in the room to make cafe stay coffee, a nice touch.

Chose the wrong weekend to go, there were festively on and all hotels booked out, so ended up paying double the price you would normally get the room for.

everything! easy to find. close to shops and some restaurants. Our room was a good size with a comfy bed & pillows! Bathroom was clean and spacious. Apart from some sirens and the occasional loud car pulling into the servo it was a great night. Clean, Tidy, Modern, Comfy, Quiet and relaxing….5⭐️

Loud cars idling in the servo next door early hours of the morning. And no spare towels…..when a girl has long wet hair she needs two towels! lol

Had a Wedding to go to on the day of checking in, but I couldn’t check in and at least get a key until after 2pm, I understand not being able to enter the room until after 2pm, but i don’t understand why i couldnt at least get a key after signing in, so i could let myself in later on that night. Apart from that, the place was a great stay.
