Location was amazing, close to cafes, restaurants, pubs, swimming locations and a supermarket. Rooms were everything you’d expect. Was a side room with a small verandah and a small water view. Lovely area by the pool to relax and overlook the water. Secure undercover parking was a bonus.

Aircon was not working, however the male staff member was only too happy to come and have a look and got it working. A little expensive, but it was V8 weekend and school holidays..

It was in a great loocation and easy to get to. The parking was great and the fact I had a very late check, everything was exactly how they said it would be. I was very happy with the room, lots of room, great entertain with the TV and I had a room that looked out onto the pool. Would have lovely for a Ocean View but as it was for work, I wasn't too fussy.

The bathroom needs a revamp and in general a bit of a refresh but it was clean and comforatable and value for money when I booked so late.

being close to the outdoor garden and pool, which were very accessible from the particular rooms in which we stayed. Also the closeness to the Strand.

At the entrance to the hotel outside a locked gate is a sign indicating that there is a lift. Unfortunately the sign is in front of the gate and there is no indication how to get through it to the lift. Because of this we carried heavy cases up very steep stairs.( The other entrance is not visible or indicated.

Michelle and Anthony were very accommodating to our needs and even showed us a range of rooms to select from for our next visit. The bed was extremely comfortable in the King studio room. Not all rooms have a view of the ocean of course and you pay a little bit more for an ocean view. This was perfect for our 4 night stay as it was close to shops etc.

The Waters Edge was amazing. unfortunately we had only one night but the hotel was very clean and right away at the promenade. it was a bit noisy though trough the street infront but it’s ok. the bed was super comfortable and we wished to stay longer. we booked very last minute and arrived after hour and the staff was lovely and came back straight away. thank you for that again!!! big car park is also available and the pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to use it.

The location is great - very convenient. the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. We booked an ocean view room with balcony and the view was great.

The smart tv didn’t connect to our devices or have Apps (netflix/Stan/Disney) on it to use. I would have phoned/asked reception for help but it was closed/unmanned at the times I contacted them via phone and in person.

Location was perfect- Walking distance to all we needed. The room was very clean and had a good street-coast view. The bathroom was very clean but lacked hanging hooks for towels and a shoer shelf in the alcove for shampoo -condition and body wash. Air conditioning - perfect

The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants, beach and the CBD. The beach is across the road and within walking distance is the local pool, netted swimming area and a rock pool. The hotel has some rooms with sea views and the other overlook it’s pool and tropical garden. The room had a small kitchenette with the basics.

The curtains didn’t completely cover the window, there is a lot of lights in the area so the room was not very dark at night. We had to keep the blinds drawn all the time as there was no privacy from the hotel opposite. Sheer curtains to allow light in but not prying eyes would be good.

Lovely spacious room with a balcony and kitchenette with everything we needed. Great location on the strand in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was nice to have a balcony looking out to the sea too.

The fear of setting off the fire alarm and being fined- luckily didn’t happen but did put us off some cooking.

Loved the location and how clean it was in the room. Nice and handy location, close to all the cafes. The daily housekeeping was good and housekeeping staff were lovely. Outdoor balcony setting was nice to sit out and have lunch at. Loved the carparking.

Didn't like that we were not told the pool was under maintenance and was not available to use until we got there and read the notice. I was looking forward to having a quick swim or laze beside the pool. Bed was abit too soft and my husbands back got sore after 4 nights, it was OK for me. The shower was very narrow and the water would spray out onto the floor, just a bad design with the screen and shower, just had to be extra careful where the shower head was positioned (funny new designed shower head)
