The location is close to the city and we were traveling from NSW where the hotel is on the same road connecting to Adelaide CBD. The facilities for great with all needs were provisioned and the rooms and living hall was large. Also the the kitchen appliances were very clean. Parking though had to pay $10 per day it was worth having reserved parking. Electric charging spots are available for Electric cars which is a good option for those who drive such vehicles.

The shower area had no door to close, and water spread across the whole floor area, making it slippery. Also tea, sugar, and Coffee were available only for 6 cups and we had to request more. (This was different from our last visit to a different hotel in Adelaide as they provided for all days.) After that, reception refused to provide and we had to source them from outside. Not sure about the toilet paper and only two rolls were there which was enough for us during 5 nights stay.

I loved staying here. Super spacious room with comfy bed, great location, great shower, and the staff were super nice. Appreciated the doggy treat we were gifted! Would come back if I was in the area!

I didn't like being charged extra on arrival for bringing my dog ($50 cleaning fee) when I already paid extra for the pet friendly room.... should that not be part of the room cost already? Odd! Also, the drawers were difficult to close lol!

Modern and clean basic room. Close and convenient to the city . Good place for on overnight stay at a reasonable price. Staff friendly and carpark is secure.

BASIC ROOM is comfy but very small with the bed taking up most of the space -could do with a stand or table next to the bed. Light display on the air conditioner is very bright and disturbed our sleep. Had to turn it off. Traffic is noisy but to be expected on a main busy road.

The building was set up like an apartment and it was modern, clean, and well sized. Beds were comfortable and it met expectations that were sufficient for our short stay. Pet friendly which was important!

Located on the ground floor next to a main road so it can be difficult for light sleepers to rest well. Beds were on castors and would roll if you were not careful.

Several blocks of building and we are in the quiet side . 4 EV charging available in the car park which is really convenient.

Nice folk on Reception, well appointed room, near bus stop for cheap commute in and out of town and near a fabulous supermarket, Foodland.

Nothing really, would have been nice to have a bar and dining options within easy walking distance.

The location of the apartments was perfect, being just on the side of the city center which means it was easy to find a car park. We didn't pay the $10 to reserve a car park, however I had no problems to find a spot at the visitor car park, there is one night it was full but there were plenty of street parking and felt safe enough to park there overnight. The coffee truck downstars was amazing. Great place to grab a cuppa in the morning. All shops and cafe were just at walking distance. The kitchen and bathroom were so tity and clean, kitchen supplies had everthing we need.

Some rooms were facing the main road so it might be a bit noisy at night if you were allocated to those rooms. Our room (two bedroom apartment was face inside inside so I didn't find it noisy at all.

Everything! the staff we're phenomenal! We came down from Newcastle NSW with more than 20 guests for our South Australian wedding, and the staff at the Osmond motel were so accommodating! not only did they arrange for all of us to be located in the same building they went the extra mile by putting in a full length mirror in the room for all of us girls to use! We also had welcome bubbles, chocolate & strawberries and the most beautiful card left for us to kick off our wedding celebrations - truly the best accommodation! also the beds were incredibly comfy, the apartments huge and the kitchens well stocked with all the equipment you could need! there were plenty of parking options and so many delicious restaurants only a short walk away!

honestly, there wasn't a single thing we could fault! it was well located, easy and accessible to get to and so incredibly clean too! there was literally next to no noise despite being on a well used road, and the showers had the best pressure too!

Fantastic service. I was overcharged a bond for my birds on the night I arrived. But the morning staff refunded me the money straight away. I stayed with my dog and 2 Budgies. Room was large and extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to interstate family and friends 🙂 everyone was friendly and courteous. Gold star for such a lovely place.

Comfortable and soft mattress, super large TV with speakers built into the ceiling. Beautiful bathroom with gorgeous shower. Accommodated my two small dogs. Also saw a cat in the next room, so it's wonderful they are accommodating people's pets as we love to travel with our furry friends. Staff were a sheer delight to check in with. Parking on site is reasonably priced and behind a boom gate.

My heterosexual neighbours decided to hold amorous congress and their banging of the bed upset my dogs. Luckily they only lasted 30 seconds. So perhaps thicker walls or beds not backing on to other rooms would help, or some way to dampen the movement of furniture.
