The location was very good. Close to shopping for groceries and close to the hotel for meals.

We found the location of the room was a little noisy. We had very rude club members from Hillman car owners. They chatted until late at night outside the rooms then early in the morning they decided to warm up their cars. Not for a few minutes but for at least 15 minutes or so. They also chattered again outside the rooms. We also had the repair man just outside our room. He opened and shut his sliding door many times being young he probably didnt realize he was annoying. We know they have to do the work required so we sucked it up

This place is great value for money. The room was clean and serviced daily. The location was really good - quick drive to CBD and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

The only downside was the noise of cars at night, making it difficult for me to stay in sleep. A lot of them were trucks, considering the noise. I don't think this is avoidable considering it is located on the main road tho. Also, pack your body wash if you don't like washing with soap only.

LOCATION Close to the A1 highway in the outskirts of East Adelaide. I chose this small motel to avoid driving into central Adelaide – it was an excellent choice. ROOM We had a deluxe queen room. Although quite small, it was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. It included tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and a microwave. FACILITIES Apparently has a guest laundry, although we didn’t need it. STAFF Really pleasant owner.

Great location Glen Osmond Rd opposite arkaba hotel and Foodland. Minutes to the CBD or the freeway. Very comfy bed. Secure location. Quiet. Good prices and willing to accommodate early and late check-out if needed.

Can be a little busy at times coming off Glen Osmond Rd. Small building tight parking area. TV old no apps or WIFI only free to air TV. Bathroom could be updated but still adequate. Overall very happy.

Whilst location was perfect the continual noise of trucks using exhaust brakes during the night was off putting for another stay possibly. At one stage was so noisy felt like it was in the room and I wear earplugs. Not a fault of the motel proprietors but inconsiderate truck drivers

A well maintained motel thoughtfully furnished with guests comfort and needs met. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. Crockery and cutlery were supplied as was a toaster. Several eateries, a hotel and supermarket were in short walking distance and buses passed the front door for those who do not like to drive in the city. We had a pleasant one night stop.

Everything was awesome except first nigjt staff

Staff there was on first night was so rude.. he is an old male person, he used abusive words and said you guys can leave tomorrow , he complaint about being lous around 9-10pm. Totally not acceptable. Next night shift lady was awesome .. Thanks!!

Very popular budget motel in a great location within walking distance to supermarkets, hotels and bus-stop to city. I must applaud the owners, Lynda & Scott and their cleaners as our deluxe twin room smelled lovely and fresh and everything was spotlessly clean with modern light oak furniture. Room had electric kettle, toaster, microwave, under bench refrigerator with good size freezer for our ice-bricks in preparation for Adelaide Central Markets. The room also had an electric non-stick frying pan and we were able to cook our breakfast. When returning after a long day, we had the convenience of parking in front of our room.

Nothing to complain about!

It had a little kitchenette, iron and iron board. The pillows and bed were amazing. The shower amazing. Love brilliant temp and water pressure. The owners have amazing communication and so helpful it was brilliant highly recommend

There was a bit of truck noise over night it didn’t keep me awake but this is such a small thing really. And not anything anyone can control.

It was really good location close to everything and city. The studio was specious and freshly renovated. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, stove, microwave everything you need in a studio. Regardless the motor inn look from outside, it seemed to be in a hotel studio inside. I was really impressed. Great stay and really clean,! I will definitely go back.
