If you’re staying in a non self-contained appartment there is a bbq area which is pretty well set up 🍖 Beautiful area, ‘The Bluff’ being right next to the hotel made for excellent nature walks and even a little history there too. The sunsets were awesome 🌅 and if you’re into fishing there is a little jetty worth trying 🎣 and if you’re lucky you might even spot a seal 🦭

The main bed was two singles pushed together which made it pretty uncomfortable 🛏 They have a nice pool but unfortunately after getting around to try and see everything else didn’t get to check it out as it closed at 5pm even during summer 😕

We had an apartment with a sea view and a lovely balcony we could sit on outdoors. The views from the lounge and dining were amazing and we never tired of looking at the ocean and the boats going in and out. A well stocked kitchen that allowed us to prepare many of our meals. Comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was super strong. Great spot to go for walks around the Bluff.

All the facilities were fantastic but it is quite a distance from the main centre of Victor Harbour for shopping and cafes so you needed to drive but this was made up for by the amazing sea views.

Beautifully appointed, spacious room. Foxtel tv - lots of channel options. We chose a studio room that stated there was no view but we were on the corner and did have an ocean view (albiet not a full view). Free laundry facilities. Had to but washing powder from reception but only $3.00. Close to Victor Harbor. Option for food delivery. Must recommend Primo restaurant - food delicious and huge plus they delivered.

Pool stated only open from 9am to 5pm - found out the day we left after a 4 day stay that they can open from around 7-8am and close around 7pm depending on if there's someone there to monitor.

The apartment is a 2 storey apartment with the family, dining and kitchen on the top floor and 3 rooms at the lower floor. It comes with 2 toilets and showers, one on each floor. It has a glass wall and door facing the sea with a large balcony where you can choose 2 dine on the balcony and relax on the beach chair. The toilet on the lower floor comes with a built-in jacuzzi. There is one car porch provided that can be accessed straight from the upper floor. There is also an exit door at the lower floor. The interiors and furniture are modern, clean and luxurious! The location is also fantastic where you can just hike up the Bluff next to it.

I can't think of any, everything is so good!

From the outside it doesn’t look like anything too fancy however when you get inside it is lovely. We had a pool view with an ocean view too and the balcony was perfect for getting some fresh air. The bed was so comfortable and there were plenty of cushions. The couch is a pull out one which is perfect for watching the tv on. The bathroom was incredible! The spa bath was so relaxing and the shower was amazing too.

The people at the pool can definitely see into the room but you wanna keep windows open for the view. Honestly nothing bad to say. A great place

Our room was a Studio with Pool View - it was beautiful, spacious, with amazing sea views. The room was perfectly spotless (and I'm fussy). We had been staying in other accommodation on our road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide and Bluff Resort Apartments was by far the lovliest place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great carparking onsite. We had the most delicious breakfast at the nearby restaurant, Whalers Seaside Dining. We sat outside under the umbrellas and enjoyed the beautiful views. We loved our walk along the jetty over to Granite Island. Walked around the island for some great views and scenery.

Very happy with our stay. It was a spur of the moment decision to stay near Victor Harbour to spend more time with a friend visiting from WA. We were very lucky to get a room at The Bluff for one night. Especially with other states already being on school holidays. The staff were all very friendly, the room was clean, tidy, a great size and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, a good size, with great bedding, (exactly what I needed when sharing with a toddler haha). And the best thing of all, it was booked as a room with no view, and upon entering the room... I was pleasantly surprised that we indeed had a little view of the water. Which made it feel all the more relaxing. Fantastic location. We definitely made the most of the beach being on our doorstep and got a take away coffee and hot chocolate from Whalers Dining and went for an early morning beach stroll. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back again for sure.

Maybe a body lotion to go with the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. As it's nice to put on after a beach day, (especially when you forget to pack your own haha).

We chose a harbour view room so paid a bit more but it was worth it. The view night or day is lovely. The location is good for walking up to the Bluff and the coastal path nearby. Our apartment was spacious and had a comfortable sofa and kitchen facilities. The pool and laundry facilities were great and the lady in reception was friendly and helpful about the best places to visit on the peninsula and which areas were less worth the mileage.

Stairs up to the room but that went with the view so not actually a complaint.

To be fair, it was my fault for not chasing up an acknowledgment of the original booking, but as a result of not knowing that our booking had been accepted, we never stayed at this property. Notwithstanding this, I was impressed with the staff member who phoned to check our arrival time etc, and when I explained that we had arranged to stay elsewhere, she was sympathetic and pleasant.

It would have been better if we had actually stayed at this lovely accommodation 😁 Next time we are in the vicinity we absolutely will.

The 3rd floor apartment was very well appointed with the most beautiful ocean view back towards Victor Harbour and Granite Island. It was spacious and clean with cooking facilities, huge bathroom and comfortable queen size bed. There was a laundry that was free for guests to use and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment had two flights of stairs to negotiate from the car park which was a bit of a struggle with suitcases. The resort is about 6 km (10 minute drive) from the main street of Victor Harbour which may not suit some people.
