Easy and helpful check-in procedure. Friendly and very accommodating staff. A trolley was available for use. Beds were super comfortable. Amenities for use were good quality. Excellent adjoining room availability for kids (bonus with occupancy rules that a family of five can stay without breaking the bank). Note very compact space for bathroom / toilet shower (almost like a train cabin) if that is a problem for you; was fine for us. Note basin area light will illuminate the room at night a bit (and fan auto turns on - might be an issue if frequent wake-ups with other occupants sleeping) because the only the toilet / shower can be closed off and basin area is outside of it.

Because it is only intended for hotel guests, I would suggest a boomgate on the carpark that can be opened using room keys only so that restaurant guests do not use the car park. Having said that, after the dinner rush, parking was available.

Great location in the beautiful town of Victor Harbor. Facilities were clean and the decor was modern and fresh. The restaurant and bar facilities have been recently renovated and are very modern. I particularly enjoyed my ‘sex on the beach’……from the great range of cocktails offered at the bar! We had breakfast included in our reservation and had a great choice of bacon and eggs, waffles, eggs Benedict, granola etc. The breakfasts were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. We will certainly stay again.

We didn’t have a pair of scissors to open the long life milk in the fridge to make our cup of tea….this is the only thing we could find fault with…and it’s no big deal! Would recommend milk cartons are switched to ones that can be torn open rather than the ones with straws attached when they need to be poured into teas and coffees.

Front and bar staffs were friendly upon arrival. Front staff was very friendly and understanding as we checked in around 5pm due to work commitments. Room was tidy and the bed was extra comfy. It was close to the beach, attractions and granite island.

As my room was above looking out to the park, i could hear the cars and patrons leaving the hotel. This was expected as it was a Saturday, however even at 1am, we could still here people leaving the bar with loud conversations and cars driving off, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

The lady that did our house keeping should be recognised for her beautiful customer service, I did not catch her name. She was short, slim and had short reddish/brown hair. She was very friendly, helpful and polite.

We ordered drinks a few times on the me&u app and waited 15 mins while the pub was empty. Both times we had to go and ask the girls if the drinks were coming to which they did not realise we had ordered them. We stopped using the app and ordered directly at the bar as it was much quicker. No fault of the girls, they were absolutely lovely, but not sure what happened with our orders. Seemed to work when we ordered food though.

Lovely comfortable room overlooking the park and coast. Good nights sleep. Nice lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Perfect spot for our overnight stay.

We had dinner at the pub/restaurant and the food was beautiful, however, the service from the bar staff and Bar Manager was pretty ordinary. We ordered a bottle of wine off the menu for $25, a very nice local wine. On paying it was priced at $31. I asked the question why, and was told the price is wrong on the menu and hadn't been updated. Surely, we are buying off the menu and it's not our fault they haven't updated. The Bar Manager said the same thing and just looked at me. I wasn't up for an argument so she reluctantly gave me the price difference back (was supposed to be $6 but was given $4?). We would have happily paid the $31 but the way they went about their error was pretty ordinary.

LOCATION WAS AMAZING, VIEWS FROM ROOMS OVERLOOK WARLAND RESERVE, GRANITE ISLAND, PARTIAL & BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS. STAFF AND SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL FROM ALL. NOTHING WAS TOO DIFFICULT. COT IN ROOM AS REQUESTED, THEY REMEMBERED AND HAD READY FOR US. ROOM WAS CLEANED AND RE-STOCKED DAILY/AS NEEDED. TWO ADJOINED ROOMS PERFECT FOR A FAMILY. DINING AND DRINKS DOWNSTAIRS WAS PERFECT. AMBIENCE AND BRIGHTNESS, VIEWS OUT TO ESPLANADE/BLUFF GORGEOUS. AGAIN, SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY WAS AMAZING. NEWLY RENOVATED, BRIGHT & FRESH LOOK, FEEL AND ATMOSPHERE. CANNOT RECOMMEND MORE HIGHLY. Room was ok, price was ok, however if you want a view "other" than a roof and air conditioning units, the cost was exorbitant. TINY bathroom, not really good for two people showering and getting ready to head out on the town.

Bathroom, was very small. If you want a room with a great view, the cost is extremely expensive, and if they too had a bathroom like we had, well the price is quite ridiculous.

We received a really warm welcome at the front desk, and the whole team were friendly. Great location with a short walk to the beach, granite island, and local amenities. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything you needed, and breakfast was good. Lots of parking was also available. We enjoyed dinner and drinks in the restaurant, which were reasonably priced. The welcome drink was a really nice touch!

Connecting rooms are available. Restaurant within hotel is convenient. Hotel guest enjoys a 10% discount on F&B upon showing room key when ordering. FOC Drinks coupon up to AUD$10. Near to attractions.

Only 1 lift. May have a wait awhile. Otherwise you may climb the stairs up one level. Triple sharing room may be a little squeezy. One of the pillow cases has slight stain, but housekeeping staff was ready to change a new one.

Loved the view out of our window while we ate breakfast in our room. It was very quiet and the beds very comfortable. It was a week night. May be noisier on a weekend.

Were kept waiting quite a while when we checked in. Maybe there was a staff shortage. We had a late check in about 9.30 pm. Room was very cold when we arrived as windows were open and no heating was turned on.
