Convenient location with plenty of food options nearby. Free off-street parking. A very convenient location. Guest laundry onsite. The breakfast box that is included is great value for money. Having a microwave in the room, along with an ample sized fridge means you can prepare things for yourself quite easily should you have budget constraints. Overall this is an excellent value for money option.

The addition of exhaust fans in the bathrooms would be a benefit and an extra blanket in would have been welcome too as it was unseasonable cold when we went. There was an efficient and effective heater though sometimes you just want a nice snug blanket.

It’s location was perfect for getting us out and about around Hobart. Loves that it was easy access on the ground floor. It was incredible room size. Having the toilet back from the shower and the added kitchenette area was perfect. Staff were always kind, friendly and helpful. Also helped having its big flashing sign!!

Some of the neighbours were extremely loud at 3am!! Maybe a dishcloth and detergent so you can wash your breakfast dishes properly.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The location was perfect for our needs.

The shower pressure wasn't great, but we survived! The reading lights above the bed were in an awkward position and I kept bumping my head on them, so if they are updated, it would be good to take this into consideration. Otherwise, everything was great!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location with pub next door and great option of takeaways/food options in the area.

Unfortunately the laundry wasn’t useable due to damage caused by a break in and they are awaiting insurance to fix it. There’s also no fan in the bathroom so had to open the window for ventilation.

Having to go upstairs because I had a pram/baby and would of liked to be around the back so it was quieter from the cars. The tv didn’t have Netflix or anything. The water wasn’t coming out of the taps much and when it did, it was a bit yellow

OUR ROOM WAS ON THE SECOND FLOOR. EASY ENOUGH STAIRCASE. EVERYTHING WAS TO OUR LIKING. FAN AVAILABLE, WHICH WAS REALLY GOOD BECAUSE IT WAS VERY HOT- NO AIRCON. TIDY ROOM. COMFORTABLE BED. CLEAN SHOWER AND NECESSARY TOILETRIES. THANK YOU

THE TRAFFIC NOISE WAS TERRIBLE !! UNTIL LATE AND STARTING EARLY HOURS. FELT VERY TIRED THE NEXT MORNING :{

Room was spacious. There were electrical blankets so kept the room nice and warm in cool winter nights. Location was convenient. 10mins walk to cafes and Woolworths to shop for groceries. It was about 15mins drive from Hobart City Centre

There was no Air Con, so in summers would be crampy with pedestal fan. The room heater is not sufficient. In washroom, the soaps were very thin, only good for one time use, no shower gel or body lotion present. This is now very common in motels so was expecting it.

spotless , very fresh, Maybe was a recently updated bathroom. Great shower.tiny kitchen area did the job well for us as long term travellers.. Large room, single bed very comfy. double bed very soft, but I was not uncomfortable . Friendly staff. Great area to access Hobart city.

Nice and clean, staff were very helpful and good value for money.

Found it to be very noisy and very bright lights outside, making it easy to see where we were going in our room, just a bit tricky to sleep.

Great Location if you are headed to MONA gallery Really nice staff. Lots of food around. Easy to get Bus East to get to North Hobart and City if you wanted. all the locals were really nice and helpful

The bed was not very comfy. Needs a mattress update. Hot water in shower took ages to heat up and was hard to get the balance right. It was really noisy and near a main road. You will need earplugs
