Friendliest staff I have experienced in such a long time, had such a wonderful check in experience. Staff approachable and genuinely want to make your stay as great as they can. Cabins are clean, have had some modernising done and comfy bed!

Only thing we would note is that how our cabin was laid out meant our kitchen window backed onto the cabin behind us smoking area and our neighbours seemed to be constantly out smoking so we couldn’t have it open while cooking and the fan wasn’t enough to stop the fire alarm going off (but hey that’s our bad cooking obviously and only a minor inconvenience outside the properties control, just something to note!)

Self catered. Our son & family were in a more expensive apartment and we enjoyed dinners with them. There was plenty of hot water, adequate shower, comfortable bed, air conditioner, We booked late so were grateful to have accomm.

It was a basic cabin and I found the stove a bit challenging so would have liked a barbeque included outside..I know there is a general barbeque area for patrons on the site so I guess you get what you pay for. The fridge was too small but it didnt matter as our son had a large one.

We provided our own food. Excellent kitchen facilities. We had a bed each, good size beds and very comfortable 😊. The living area is a good space with large TV and nice heater. There are 4 chairs at the table. Nice clean ensuite with good amenities. Good car parking space for one car.

As there are beds provided for two couples, perhaps another comfy chair would be handy, currently there is a rocker, and sofa for two. If four people stayed, one person misses out.

Absolutely wonderful little place to stay, I am local and just wanted to get out of the house for a day/night with my son. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well equipped. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, even had a friendly chat with the maintenance man/owner in the morning you can borrow dvds from the reception if needed which was a bonus having a 2.5 year old :) The bouncy castle was a BIG hit, we spent hours bouncing and playing in the sand. I will definitely return in the near future

Little house with all the required amenities inside to cook & clean, amenities outside for barbeque, laundry, drying etc - perfect for a family with kids. It's price is not too cheap but not too expensive either. Secure boom gates and staff are stationed in reception helps with lot of questions/concerns etc.

Not much to dislike overall - probably needs detail cleaning to get rid of little creatures especially in summer

clean & tidy, quiet, short drive to city venues, friendly, professional, efficient office staff, immaculate cabin with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. supermarket close by. parking at our cabin. good security with the electronic gate entrance.

the hot water was extremely hot, unsafely so. The taps in the shower were a bit loose, they were half turn taps, needed signs to show how to turn them on safely. would have liked a couple of herbal or green tea bags with the usual tea, coffee, & sugar lineup. environmental comment: shampoo etc in individual plastic tubes, could be changed to wall mounted dispensers.

a fantastic place- clean, comfy, spacious, great facilities (in the room, didnt check out the park this time), warm (cold weekend), great fast hot hot water a great location, quiet yet only a few minutes from the city

there was nothing we didnt like in the park or cabin, it was great the only let down was from a a local (but worldwide) chain pizza delivery service (couldnt writer the name in fear of defamation).....but they wouldnt deliver last time nor this time we stayed - not sure of the reason

It was a nice cabin in a good location. Good proximity to the bus stop. BBQ area was clean and tidy and laundry facilities are good. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

1. I think the cabin needs to be re-leveled. It appears to have a significant slope towards the bathroom end (down the hill). The glass sliding entry door will not remain closed unless locked. It rapidly slides fully open. Also, the W/C door similary swings 'downhill'. 2. The bed matress maybe due for replacement. There is a significant tendency on one side to roll into the middle. 3. A microwave was provided but no apprpriate microwave dishware. 4. A 2 element stove was available. One element did not work. It appears that it has never worked. It is pristinely clean while the other element appears well used. 5. The screen door does not close, allowing insects and vermin to enter the cabin when trying to refresh the air inside.

Very easy to find and only a short drive from Hobart central. The room was clean and tidy and it was nice to have all the bedding provided and great heating! Our cottage was right by a few big gum trees and it was a treat (being kiwis) to hear the kookaburra in the morning/evening.

The couch/seating area was a little small, we managed but if you had a full cottage of 3-4 kids + 2 adults (or all adults) and wanted to relax, you'd be sitting at the dining table. Not a big issue for one night though!

Super friendly and bubbly staff. Cabin had every thing we needed, was very clean and comfortable, and easy drive to city centre. The cabin park was tidy and well signposted, and catered for different levels of accommodation. Definitely be back, and sharing about our stay with others
