I like the fact that there was privacy. I liked that shops and restaurants were close by. It was central to all the places I visited and close to the city. Not that I used the kitchen but I liked that feature. Also liked being able to do my washing and drying. The sea views were good too. I also liked the fact that if you wanted your room cleaned or not cleaned all you had to do was slide the sign on the door.

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't told about WIFI or when I checked in not given the password to hook up to WIFI. No it wasn't in the rooms on the information given. I also didn't like not being able to switch on the lights to the room. I had to use the one that's near the kitchen sink.

The bed and the couch were both good quality and really comfortable, kitchen access for cooking facilities if needed, and fresh towels each day and our bed made. Housekeeping staff were friendly when passing in the hall, reception staff were friendly also.

Parking was ok on arrival however we went out for dinner and when we returned later we had nowhere to park and had to park on the street, also the view from our lovely room was not so appealing, two broken down/run down cars looked to be abandoned in the neighbouring paddock with a shipping container with vines and weeds growing around it, paddock over grown also which was not a very nice view but we accepted it due to such cheap accommodation still made it worth it. Will definitely return.

The location was really good. It was about 4 kms to Hobart City, It was close to the shops and take out places. The team was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. You had an option of bath or shower and the water was hot. The tv worked and there was enough to make coffees or teas. You could order breakfast for $8.00. You could wash your clothes and dry them for $10 and $2 for washing power.

Clean & colourful hotel. Appreciate the staff's help in taking our laundry into our room, as we went out. I also liked the guest kitchen. So glad that we stayed in a room next to the kitchen. The view of the bay was beautiful.😍

Our room was a bit tiny....would be good if it was larger.. On the last day, upon leaving, my daughter left her soft toy under her bed sheet. Wished the hotel had called us upon finding it, so we could return to pick up. By the time we realised it was missing & called the hotel, it was way too far for us to return. Anyway, hopefully the prepaid postage bag would help the staff to post it back to my little one.

The staff are amazing, I stuffed up our booking and they were understanding and accommodating. The beds were incredibly comfortable. aircon/heater great and very clean.

The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty and never got refilled, we were out and about most days before reception opened/closed so we did not get the chance to ask for a refill. there is a window separating the bathroom and bedroom up high but if someone goes to the bathroom at night the whole bedroom lights up like daylight. there was also a huge gap under the entrance door which allowed a lot of light in from the hallway, many other occupants put rolled-up towels to block the light.

The location is near to Kmart and Coles. Peaceful area and sceneries. If you're renting a car, this motel is perfect for you. Power sockets near the beds. Kitchenettes. Heated bathroom. Coin laundry (washing machine & dryer) provided.

Arrived at the motel a little bit late at night at 8pm during winter. Limited parking space at the entrance of 2nd floor. Had to park near the reception at the back. There's only one bin in the room. Appreciate if the motel provide one in the bathroom too.

We were greeted by the friendly reception Pam when we arrived at the motel. She was helpful and suggested to us where to go for our meals when we asked for advice. It was a quiet motel which has the lake view and located along the residential area. It's about 15mins drive to Hobart city where most restaurants and cafes are located for your meal if you do not wish to cook. The motel had a community kitchen despite that they have a microwave oven in the room for some very light cooking. Easy check-in and out.

You need to use a little force to insert the key card into the slot. The road to the motel is a little confusing and with one wrong turn, you may end up in the cemetery.

Very reasonably priced and the room was spacious, functional and clean. It had a small kitchenette that allowed you to do some basic heating up of food as well as making teas and coffee. There was a communal kitchen which we didn't use but could be handy for those who want to cook. If the onsite car park max out just park on the street. Supermarkets and eateries are within 5 to 10 minute drive. Nearby park where a lot of sea birds gather which is great if you have small children to entertain.

Second stay here, though this time in the small double room. Perfect for a night before getting the ferry to Bruny Island the next day. Room was small, but very clean as was the bathroom and great value. If we were spending a lot of time in the room itself, would recommend a larger room, though for our night, was great. Will be back.

Parking down the driveway in the lower car park is a bit tricky with a large ute, best to park at the top car park instead.

Beautiful and spacious room, small fridge, kettle, and microwave, pay laundry on site, close to bus stop (however bus only stopped every hour), fairly quiet, natural light.

My neighbor was a door slammer at all hours, unfortunately. No cash out for laundry coins. Parking was a little strange up top, but extra parking down below.
